They really dropped the ball on a very very miniscule problem. Had a mobile order, which i waited 20mins for before the app said i received it. So i waited a few more, still nothing so i left and called the store for a refund. Only to be greeted by a shift manager who does not know the policies, and refused to refund me for my order not received. She stated I could only get a free meal next time. I informed her it is illegal to charge for goods or services not received, and the refund request was within my legal rights. She still refused. I was going to call corporate for my refund, but I was told that mobile order refunds were to be claimed at the store! Ridiculois. So i wasted more time and went back. Stood at the end of the counter for 5 minutes making direct eye contact with the manager and nobody saod a word to me. They did however look at eachother and murmur about me standing there, joking about it, the shift manager told them "as long as he doesnt touch the red he is fine" but still nobody has tried to help me, so i ask "will that get me the attention i deserve?" Ignored. So i do step behind the counter. At which point i am told to step back. I agree and say "thats fine. We can talk out here" and the moment i stepped out they walked away.... they were activley trying to ignore me or put me off because they did not want to deal with it. Its just a refund. So i stepped back there again and demanded to be spoken to. Finally, the shift manager walks up to me again and says "get out! Get in line! And she will give you your refund at the register" very damanding for being the first time you have agreed to give me my refund, every interaction before was "no" or ignore him and he might go away.

Maybe if you slow down and focus on one meal at a time meals will be made properly. Since the insecure managers at this location can't take constructive criticism because you messed up my order then disrespected me and refused a refund (maybe you will listen on here). The managers feel that they can call and ruin your day with their negativity and disrespect, hire all new mangers please for the sake of the customers. It's worth travel just go to another mcdonalds.
I refuse to hold conversations with anyone with negative energy who feels that I shouldn't call and say anything and that I was wrong for bringing my issue to their attention. Clearly you all don't care about people and you're just there for a check.
After reading reviews I see it's common that you all mess orders up and disrespect customers. I should have read the reviews before coming here. I don't know about anybody else but I no longer want the food if it comes prepared by disrespectful hateful people.
The incompetence, immaturity and disrespect of the managers at this location is quite astonishing. I can honestly say I have never met people this inconsiderate. The audacity of the managers at this place is mind blowing. Talking to a manager is like talking to nothing at all, possibly a wall. Their comprehension I won't mention.
They believe that they can talk to you any kind of way like they are giving free meals....

Updated Paula not sure whats going on with your expediters but the blonde curly head guy needs more training. I simply asked for a piece of cheese for my sandwich and he had them cook the whole sandwich including the meat, to order.
I had asked him prior for my drinks because I was thirsty and his mind went somewhere else apparently.
Updated again So the "new" store manager is refusing to offer a soda and a water for my dog inspite of us sitting at the intercom and no one taking our order. I even pulled around to let him know about it, which I didn't have to.
If the GM refuses to show hospitality, that's a red flag.
Paula must of transferred or quit.
Such a shame.

As I approached the 2nd window, the order taker was standing there as I handed the "presenter" my money.
She made an ugly comment about me being short 15cents when I found enough change to make it up.
She not only failed to be where she was supposed to be, she opened her mouth about something she should of taken care of in the first place.
