In short, I went at 5pm during peak hours, 2 lines for drive through, very well staffed and clean location both inside and outside patio area, do not be hesitant if you see a line outside the entrance or the drive through since it moves very fast. Food was prepared very quickly with little to no wait time. Even with the crowd of people, there was plenty of space to sit and eat. Read down below for more review. Staffing: At my time of visit there were 4 employees at all times at the drive through areas, 1 employee holding the door open and guiding customers, 1 employee standing next to the mobile order pick up area, 3 cashiers, 2 employees handing out the finished food orders, 1-2 employees at all times walking near the tables picking up food / cleaning tables / sweeping floors / asking customers if they were satisfied with everything both inside and outside, and I do not know how many were cooking in the kitchen. Very well staffed. Food: I ordered the chicken finger box combo and also the sandwich combo. The chicken fingers themselves also including inside the sandwich were not crispy, they were warm and soft but not cold. The fries were crispy and no complaints there. The sandwich was just 3 chicken fingers, lettuce and sauce / buns. There is only 1 self serve soda fountain that had a line waiting for it. Probably this location needs a 2nd machine from how busy it is. Atmosphere: Photos / decor everywhere on the walls, Christmas tree, disco balls on ceiling, music, has bar-like seating areas, regular tables and booths. Has an outdoor seating area with lights above for nighttime seating. Overall the ambiance felt fast paced but also relaxing. Bathroom: 3 seperate bathrooms, numbered key code needed to enter. Very clean bathrooms, they are individual coded bathrooms, toilet / sink / urinal, great privacy. There were no lines for the bathrooms during my visit.

I've been wanting to try this place for a while now, but the lines are always long.  I've heard a variety of feedback.  Some said it wasn't worth the hour or so, wait. Fortunately,  one day, the drive-thru line wasn't long at all.  I've never been to a Raising Cane's before and wasn't sure what to expect. This is what I learned from my visit. Tip 1.  All they sell here are chicken strips, whether it's in a sandwich or a box.  No spicy version. Tip 2.  If you don't want the cole slaw, you can substitute it for extra bread. Tip 3.  No dessert is offered here Tip 4.  Extra sauce costs you .59 or something like that. The lady who took my order was ok, she didn't recommend anything.  Customer service skills lacking.  She even had a little bit of an attitude. I ordered; 1.  The box combo - Chicken fingers, in my opinion, were not crunchy.  It was juicy and flavorful but felt more on the soggy side.  Fries were nice and crispy.  I didn't care too much for the sauce.  It was nothing great. It just had a bunch of pepper in it.   Texas toast was good and fluffy.  Hi-C Fruit punch didn't taste that good.  Mostly syrup. 2.  The sandwich combo is similar to the box combo since it's just strips and not an actual patty. As I was taking out the food from the bag, it was just sloppy and covered with sauce for no reason. I found that a little gross. No matter if there's a rush or not, food should be handled with care. The food wasn't bad.  Price I think is standard for any other fast food nowadays. I feel it's been hyped up for so long that it's just ok.  Maybe I'll try again once they are settled in,  still kind of new.

“Box Combo” Raising Cane’s Where’s the hype? Saturday morning at 10:30, the parking lot was empty, and there was no line to order or wait for food. For a moment, I even wondered, Should I even eat here? I checked Yelp, and it only had a three-star rating? Is this really the place people waited hours for just a few weeks ago? Still, since I was already there, I decided to give it a try. I ordered the Box Combo, which includes one Cane’s Sauce. I asked what other sauces they had and got a recommendation for Honey Mustard, which I added (+$0.59). After about five minutes, my food was ready. I ordered to-go but decided to eat in-store to enjoy the chicken while it was crispy. The overall atmosphere of the restaurant was casual and laid-back, and the employees matched that vibe. Now, let’s talk about the food! (For context, I’m not a huge fan of chicken, but I do enjoy nuggets and fingers.) First off, will this meal leave a lasting impression? Honestly, I’m not sure. Maybe some people love this kind of food, but nothing about the chicken fingers, fries, coleslaw, or sauce felt special to me. Out of the four chicken fingers, two looked soggy the moment I opened the box. I was expecting crispy chicken fingers! The fries? Ordinary. The coleslaw? Same. Even the highly recommended Honey Mustard didn’t stand out. So, what exactly is this place selling? The concept and image? Or the food? Was this really the same place people were waiting hours in line for?

Since this spot opened I had no chance to order and get my food there

  1. app order online not working used multiple cards it errors out

  2. lines are for an hour during afternoon

  3. came here today during opening I was 5th car there in the line. First time there I see the menu I’m trying to understand how to order And then it feels like I’m already approaching the window where people get food (NO cars yet behind me at this moment time is 9:40am) the guy greets me at the window and asks for my name I apologized and said I didn’t have a chance to order yet and can you take my order? He says yes I’ll take your order here right now. The other guy (young) in grey uniform comes to that window stops him and says to me that I didn’t order so I have to drive around, while we talk I see there only one car behind me. He refuses to help I drive around and see 5 more cars I wanted to get it quick and tried multiple days And this so far is my experience

They had a week of trainings before opening they had an awesome opening ceremony But they lost me as a customer Good luck When you guys fix things, let your managers know when it’s possible to make exceptions and help customer, and app will be working fine I might try it some day

I can even suggest what could have been better: Manager could at least show some empathy and suggest taking an order and bringing it as curbside pickup or for me to pick it up inside the place. But he didn’t care that I already spent 20 minutes going through drive through to be sent back to the end of line. No...
