McDonald's — Restaurant in Colonial Heights

Today, May 27th, 2019 between 9:45am and 10am at the Boulevard location in Colonial Heights, Virginia my daughter went with her mental health skill builder to talk and she went to the counter to ask for a cup of water and asked the lady working the counter about which Secret Life of Pets 2 happy meal toy they had available today. The lady checked and showed my daughter two of the toys and my daughter needed one of them and the lady handed her the one she wanted and walked away. My daughter assumed that the lady just gave it to her and my daughter walked over to the table with her mental health skill builder and sat down happy and excited with the toy that she got to add to her collection telling her she only needed one more to complete the set. It hadn't been five minutes since my daughter sat down with the toy and the same lady who gave my daughter the toy in the first place rudely and hatefully approached and told her infront of my daughter's worker to either pay for the toy or give it back. My daughter just gave the toy back and the lady just rudely snatched it out of my daughter's hand according to her worker and walked away. My daughter was upset and her worker saw this lady just give my daughter the toy and walk away. Now, if you were not going to give my daughter the toy, don't give her the toy and walk away! My daughter assumed that it was given to her for free and she took it as a free toy and the lady had no business to walk over and take it from her VIOLENTLY like that! My daughter would have paid for it, but the lady was such a witch that my daughter just said forget it and gave it back. My daughter always paid for the toys she gets from this McDonalds but she thought that this lady was just being nice today by giving her one for free for the first time. My daughter does have a mental disorder and a disability, but she is still able to see and realize the rudeness and cruelty from other people. I do NOT tolerate anybody treating my daughter with such a manner even over a miscommunication over a STUPID LITTLE TOY THAT...

So we visited this McDonald's late night after a movie after Thanksgiving I saw through the window this woman was working by herself and felt bad for her because it being Thanksgiving having to work and everything. There was a backed-up line and was taking it long time. When I finally came around and it was my turn I waited patiently for her to announce herself and ask me for my order. I asked her about a couple of items on the menu and she told me to speak up she couldn't hear me. So I spoke a little louder and gave her my order a 20 piece chicken nugget a dollar sweet tea and a sausage biscuit. I had my 12 year old brother in the car. I asked her to make sure she had the large sweet tea because she said a sweet tea when she repeated my order back. She said that's what I said a sweet tea very rudely. I tried to explain to her the only reason I asked is because I didn't hear her say a large. So she didn't say anything she didn't give me a total so I sat there waiting for her to do so. After a bit of a delay I asked her did she want me to pull around and then she said unless you plan on getting out of your car and walking around then yeah you need to pull around. Again being really rude and uncalled for. I asked her why was she being so rude that I only was trying to see if she had completed my order before I pulled around because she didn't give me a total which normally they do. When I asked her why she was being so rude she literally said f* your mother. I said what did you say? She said you heard me. I asked her for her name she wouldn't tell me my little brother earner and the person behind me in the drive thru heard me as well when I drove around to speak with her directly she hid and wouldn't come out and play and view so I pulled around and parked because I was going to call the corporate number and the guy behind me actually took these pictures of her because he heard what she said thankfully so I would have proof of who it was. I've never in my life had somebody so rude and offensive wait on me in a fast...

This McDonald's quality of food and staff have fell to unbelievably low levels. This used to be my go to, and I'd come across town to bring my business here. It is hard to get hot food, and that's if you get what you ordered. Customers are treated as if they are wrong for asking for their order to be right, but there's no problem collecting your monies. Just this evening (7/8/18)......after a long break from this Colonial Heights store because of poor service and substandard tasting food.......I really had a taste for chicken nuggets and a "HoT" fry. I thought I'd give the benefit of the doubt and give them another chance. To my disgust I should have just gone to Wendy's. I went through the drive thru line....ordered 20pc nugget dropped fresh, med. fry, two pies and an ice tea. The Nuggets were not dropped....the fries were limp and cold hanging down the fry box. I turned around went back to get the order corrected, immediately on coming inside with the bag in my hand staff stated "what you ain't get"? I explained the nuggets were not dropped fresh and the fries were cold....she took my bag.....yelled to the back....." I need nuggets out dah grease!!! I stood back and observed.....less than two minutes later she presented me a bag repacked. At no time did anybody drop any fresh nuggets.....and both the fries baskets were stack on the side of the fryer, so fresh fries were not being prepared for nor any other customer that I saw.....SMDH. On my way out the door another customer was on her way back in to bring back her order. On exiting the business, the three locals sitting on the sidewalk against the building began laughing and shouted.......another unsatisfied customer!!!

This is the last money I will spend at this so called business. It's the closest to my job but I'll drive the extra distance to Southpark Mall location, if I ever return at all. It's a shame that with all the attacks on this chain that this type of service is...
