Arby's — Restaurant in Colorado Springs

My family and I rushed to get here before they closed. They have the hours posted in the window AND their hours online both say that they close on Sunday’s at 10:30p. Tell me why it’s 10:18pm right now and they are closed!?! There are employees inside but they have turned off all their lights off outside and no one is answering at the drive thru window. In the brief time we were there, we saw 2 other cars also go thru the drive thru lane wanting to order food but the employees all continued cleaning while pretending that they did not see all the customers that wanted food but this location decided they did not want to adhere to their business hours posted on their door and closed whenever they felt like it. It really shows the level of professionalism and customer service from this location. We will not come back. There are tons of restaurants that actually want the business and adhere to their business hours and don’t close when they feel like it. Pure laziness and...

I've been coming to this location for quite some time unfortunately my experience this evening will be the last time I visit, by the time I got home and checked my order I realized that my order was wrong I called and spoke with the manager she wanted to argue with me about my order saying that the lady that took my order said that is how I ordered it! Maybe she should slow down when taking orders instead of trying to rush people through the line plus If that was the case why would I call it in? It's a 20 minute drive to and from this location to my house I am not going to waste another 40 minutes of my time just because of their mess up when I have other responsibilities I have to tend to. I've worked in customer service for a very long time and the lack of customer service the manager had on the phone towards myself...

Not much good to say about this location. First, they put so much ice in their drinks, you are short changed. I measured at my office, my 32 oz drink barely had 20 oz of cola in it due to the amount of ice. Second, I swear they refuse to use fresh buns. On every occasion I have been to this locations, the buns are hard as a rock, and seem like they are a week old. Lastly, for some insane reason, this location insists that you pull around to their lot and they will bring your order out, regardless if there is no one in the drive up line or not. Not only is this inefficient as can be, but a super inconvenience. I have had someone walking out with my order before I could even park. So why do this?
