TL;DR: Incredible experience! They have an enormous selection, patient, informative, and low-pressure sales technique, and amazing in-house jewelers who work miracles. Highest recommendation!

I came in with my fiance to look for an engagement ring and wedding bands. This was our third stop and my previous experiences were to be asked what jewelry I liked (I didn't really know), have four or five rings selected from what designs the store carried, and then get a pretty hard sales pitch. Legacy & Co. were completely the opposite. They were very patient with us (I'm an indecisive person and had never made a big jewelry purchase before, so I had a lot of questions). They had an enormous selection of vintage pieces that were exquisite and they showed me tray after tray of rings to help me find what styles I was drawn to the most and what looked the best on me. They even let me go outside with my two favorite rings to see them in natural light! I finally settled on a delicate vintage ring that I adored, but it had some kind of illusion centerpiece (a small diamond set in this silver dish kind of setting to make the stone look bigger) that we wanted to replace. The owner brought out several loose stones of different cuts and sizes to help us choose a perfect new diamond. He didn't push us towards the biggest, most expensive one - he really helped us find the right one for the ring. We were informed that the in-house jewelers might not be able to use a setting that would completely match the vintage settings of the other small diamonds on the ring (for strength reasons and to secure the larger diamond better). Still, I believed they would do their best to make the ring beautiful no matter what and we went ahead. The NEXT DAY the ring was ready and it was PERFECT! The jeweler was able to do a milled setting after all and it was an exact match with the rest of the ring. The larger diamond fit in like it was the diamond that was always meant to be there and I feel like they helped me find the ring I was meant to have! I cried in the car on the way home I was so happy! From their huge selection, I was also able to find a wedding band that perfectly compliments the engagement ring and looks stunning on its own. I cannot recommend them...

I was shopping around for an engagement ring for my now wife and went to many of the box stores and decided to go with this amazing local store. If you want a truly unique experience, helpful staff that accommodates you this is the place! I knew nothing about rings or what I was doing. They took me in, sat me down, created the ring with me and made sure it would be exactly what I wanted. I needed the ring asap as I was going to propose soon and they made the phone calls for the perfect diamond and got it in and made the ring/setting for it and for me asap!

When they got the diamond in they called me to have me come in and showed me the paperwork for the diamond and how / where I can look at the diamond to match it to the paperwork. I never knew the diamond got engraved with a special code! It was truly an amazing experience and I will trust them with all my future Jewelery needs! We went back and got our wedding rings here after the experience I had.

Ontop of this, they even included a special gift with the engagement ring for my wife.

Definetely reccomend this local shop for those special moments and emotional purchases! They will indeed take care of you and continue to take care of you and your jewelry for cleanings/polishing etc! When I went back in with my wife for her rings to be cleaned, he remembered my name and was very personable.. it was very shocking to me, but that shows that they aren't just running a business but really care about their customers...

The best jeweler around!

My husband proposed with a great emerald ring-my only request was for it to be square or emerald cut to wear with my grandmothers wedding band… I loved the idea of an emerald instead of a diamond as an engagement ring, but unfortunately the type he got did not suit me, as I constantly banged it into things and caught it… to the point that it got bent, lost a diamond, and lost a prong off the emerald…

I went to legacy with my banged up ring, and asked about saving the emerald but designing something that would work better with my grandmothers band.. they went above and beyond taking my banged up ring (from another shop) and designing a ring that looks like it was made with my 80 year old band, even matching the stone settings and hand picking all the diamonds. I couldn’t imagine something more flawless than what they created, and SO QUICKLY for my Christmas wedding!
