Arby's — Restaurant in Colorado Springs

A person who was supposedly the manager named Richard told me to write his name on my receipt and come back when I could because my sandwiches that I ordered only mayonnaise that they rang up no lettuce but it comes with tartar sauce and I hate tartar sauce and it's not my job to know what sauce comes on what sandwich since I don't work there so when I went to have my mule replaced today this person named Richard didn't bother to tell me that you are supposed to come in two weeks when I had already explained I live very far away from the place where this Arby's is located because I have to pass two different Arby's to get to this one and had I not gotten out of the hospital dropped up a prescription went to get the food replaced and then pick up my prescription I would not have gone today either but I gave her the only cashier dealing with people that come into the restaurant and she took it and walked away - which is obviously infuriating since she doesn't know what the problem with the previous order was and then she told me I couldn't have a problem with the curly fries or the nasty Oreo things because there's no way to order than special... But since they were not put in the bag the first time that would be the problem and then if they would not have fixed my order this time or at least given me the food that they made not edible because they made me wait for cook time on fish that I ordered with only mayonnaise but cuz I hate the stuff that's in tartar sauce and they chose to ring it up no lettuce and then they chose to blame me for the error, but in real life when someone says only mayonnaise what they mean they want on the sandwich is mayonnaise but not lettuce and not tartar sauce regardless if that's the way they ring it up! The older woman in the front was also just terribly rude and if you wait for cook time on fish you shouldn't get curly fries that are left over from lunch or at least taste that way! Although I almost never go to this Arby's since I have been there one time in the last 15 years because I was by the mall and then three and a half weeks later I was getting out of the hospital and in no condition to cook when they told me they will only replace orders for 2 weeks when they need to give you a refund either way because if they did not give you the food in the first place...

So I purchased a Philly cheese steak sandwich and to my disappointment, I didn't like the flavor, the sandwich or the sauces that were in it. So reluctantly, I went up to the cashier who I explained the issue to, she very nicely said she will go ask a manager for assistance. This rude black woman came and gave me a smurk of disgust and said, how can i help you? Know the situation her associate just explained to her, she came over with the look of disdain, and said how can i help you. Any other time ive had a similar experience, even mcdonalds, the associtae or manager so nicely and graceously exoress apologies, and was willimg to go above and beyond. I don't think this woman should be a manager, because she obviously does not know how to handle stressful or uncomfortable situations without making everyone around her feel uncomfortable. And most importantly, the customer. I hate to see what her associates have to deal with when they mess up any orders. I don't do review often but for this deserved a 1 star but the place was clean, and I did have another sandwich which was good. The managers name is Christina. I had to ask an associate because she didn't have a name tag or introduce herself. Poor managing skills. And the associate I asked for her name from, seemed unsettled about...

They made me wait cook time for fish when their special is for two and they gave me one that was old enough it was probably closer to jerky than a fish sandwich and they didn't make any of them right because I don't think only mayonnaise is hard but they slathered it with a ton of tartar sauce even though they told me it came with Cajun mayonnaise and on the other two I asked not to have lettuce and there was twice as much lettuce as I've ever seen on this sandwich before! The Oreo things were gross and tasted nothing like an Oreo and they said I was too late for a milkshake and I was there at like 5:30 or 6 and it took me 30 minutes to get home and notice that everything was messed up and they wanted me to come back when I was getting it for my sick dad goes to bed at 7! It is not my job to know if I say only mayonnaise and they choose to not bring it up only mayonnaise but instead put no lettuce because I don't work there and I have never ordered that before and I find it ridiculous that they wouldn't just ring it up the way I ordered it so that I could get it the way I ask for it's week because I don't think it is any harder just let mayonnaise on a sandwich that manages to put...
