Baskin-Robbins — Restaurant in Colorado Springs

Let me start off by saying I love Baskin and Robbins and I'm a regular. We recently moved really close to this BR location and I stopped by a couple of times while walking my dog to get an ice cream to go. However, I stopped by today and a lady named Sung was working at the register. She asked me to leave my little pup on the road unattended. When I said I'm just going to get something to go, she said then hurry up. Seriously, who talks to customers like that? When I was looking at the flavors and wanted to try one, she was reluctant to let me try because she wanted me to rush and leave! Finally when I got my ice cream, she gave me half the portion of what everyone else who works there gives or any BR in general gives. I asked why she's giving me less ice cream than the others. She said everyone else is overscooping. Really, every BR in this country is over scooping except her? I was so frustrated, I paid for my ice cream and left. First of all don't talk to your customers like that, second don't rush your customers. I will never come back to this location. It's such a shame because I thought I could get ice cream once or twice a week while I walk my pup but this incident ruined my evening. I feel sorry that I had to write such a bad review because of one employee but seriously, I am so frustrated with...

Don't come to this place, the owner a Chinese lady is the rudest and craziest person I've ever met. We went and spent more than 60 dollars and sat down to enjoy our ice cream and she got mad because my 5 year old daughter and niece were being loud. I told them to keep their voice low but the owner was still upset and put very loud music, we kept talking and a few minutes later she said she was closing early cause she had a headache and told us to get out. We didn't want to make a big deal of it so we got up and went outside. We were on the sidewalk making plans for the weekend when she got out and started recording us with her cell phone. I told her to stop because we had kids and she kept recording us, for what reason? I dont know! I called the police to make her stop and she started saying we attacked her! That was the biggest lie ever! The police came and made her delete the video. We will never go back...

What a dismal experience! First of all, my wife was told that there was no tasting today when she asked to try a flavor she'd never had. Then when my son ordered a double scoop of ice cream it was put into the smallest cup they had available and the two scoops barely amounted to a single scoop that we normally get at the Baskin Robbins off of Circle...

Unfortunately, we decided to stop going to the Circle store because of all the pot heads smoking marijuana in the parking lot....

I guess Baskin Robbins would much rather that people take their business to Culver's, Josh & John's or any other place ice cream is sold!

As for 40+ years of being loyal customers of Baskin Robbins, "They've certainly done their best to lose our business as well as everyone we can convince to go elsewhere!

This particular store is definitely NOT Recommend! Safeway has equally good ice cream products...
