Buffalo Wild Wings 'GO' — Restaurant in Colorado Springs

Food came out hot & fresh tasting. I had an order of boneless wings, a chicken wrap, & mozzarella sticks. The wings were nicely sauced, not too much not too little. The jalapeño jammin is a good sauce with a little kick to it. The mozzarella sticks with ranch slams but there wasn’t really a cheese pull to them. The staff was pleasant, nice, & the m young girl with glasses was welcoming & professional when taking my order. While I was there a couple people came in to pick up their orders - they all seemed pleased & got their pick up order right away. The only downfall is the prices are a little much but nothing out of the norm compared to other places. However they do have great bogo deals...

It takes forever to get anything from this location. On average it takes well over an hour to get food from here. I’m currently standing here waiting for an order that said it would be ready 20 minutes ago. I purposely came in late knowing they historically are slow on making your order. I’m standing here watching the guy just now drop my wings. I ordered 45 minutes ago. I can’t help but laugh at the sign they have posted at this location. I might as well just drive to the location further away if it means a longer drive but a shorter wait time on...

Upset seeing how there were six pieces that were significantly not the same size and were more breading than chicken when the rest of the pieces weren’t. However the food was really fast, the sauces were perfect, just upset over some pieces that were not full pieces as I would have ordered more.
