Bon Shopping Center — Local services in Colorado Springs

Three stars for most of the businesses being well ran and maintained. The ace hardware however I would rate 1 or even zero stars if I could horrible customer service from incompetent employees and management. Was basically told I didn't know what I was talking about and that I was lying about a description of an old plumbing part that was needed. The employee I was asking was easily in or over their 70's so should have been familiar with the outdated parts I was looking for but instead chose to get loud and argue. I brought my issue to management who sides with a biligerant employee instead of reprimanding said employee for their uncalled for actions. Just because your employee is old and has been working their for a long time does not mean it is ok for them to YELL at customers because they simple don't have the mental capacity to figure out a solution. I went to Ace to begin with on a thought process that they would most likely carry the older parts I needed instead I was verbally assaulted by the people running the store and then threatened by their security and yes this Ace needs extra security because they are rude and have no customer service expertise, this is not a bad area of town. I was able to easily find what I needed and also receive great service from Lowe's. So Yeah the argument from Ace about my part not existing was in fact Ace employees lying. I digress this is a great shopping center aside from the hardware store. Get this slum store out or have them get rid of all employees and start from scratch to boost...

Well I thoroughly enjoy shopping here there are many businesses writhing walkingdistance of each other..i especially like that there is a Ave hardware and a liquor store my bank and Safeway. If I ever need groceries I go to Safeway and while I'm there I get Starbucks and did to Nosh on. Or is a little mire expensive then king soopers but very accessible from my house. I love going to Ace hardware because I can get anything I need die my house and they shady have pre mixed gallons of paint on discount. Now the liquor store leaves allot too be wanted and the customer service sucks. But the bank being right there is awesome.i really like the tellers and the drive up atms are sweet. The little coffee shop there is nice because they hadn't the coffee I like. The park right across the street is a nice spot.there is a na meeting across the street From the park. And the trail behind Safeway is always a nice break. You can yeah that trail all the way up and cut...

This is truly a hidden gem that's very nearby the Old North End Historic Neighborhood District and not far from one of the best private Liberal Arts Colleges in the State of Colorado and truly the Western U.S.

This shopping center has quite a few options too. The three anchor stores: Safeway on the south end, an ENT Credit Union branch office on the north and in the center, is an ACE Hardware Store. There's a great little UPS store that almost always has a Notary Public available. Then there's Package Liquor store. Also on the North End but detached from the main shopping business is a nice restaurant with both indoor and outdoor seating. Parking is always convenient and...
