Burger King — Restaurant in Colorado Springs

I used to work at Burger King so ima give you my full honest opinion the two managers luke and Antonio don’t know how to respond to customers and deal with rush hour lines or any customer in particular the manager luke will cut people off while they’re ordering if your taking time off his smoke break or taking too long to order, both managers will make customers wait for there food if they don’t like the way you talk to them or take long to place an order.the manager Antonio thinks he’s better than all of his co workers he’ll start having an attitude with the customers if they take too long to order or placing more food In there order. The manager luke will not order enough supplies for the store to meet up with customer demands even tho this location has gotten even more busier than last year leading to not enough food or supplies to meet with customer demand. The manager luke will have fits throwing headsets punching machinery and snapping at coworkers he’s also the general manager which makes this very unprofessional and hard for his employees to do there job. The manager Trish and the manager magaly do there best to keep this store running and give out the best customer service they can and making sure every employee is doing well and making sure this location can give out food fast and efficient to...

First off, if you have a family and trying to eat out for something quick and fast.. don’t come to this location what so ever!! Please save your money, go to a different location like Dublin and Powers or even a different place. While I was ordering some bigger guy working the drive thru mic at around 2-230pm July 26th 2020 kept rushing saying “anything else, anything else, anything else, anything else” quick and fast, i get y’all can be busy and it gets hectic. I asked if he was ok he said “yeah” like he was telling us to f%#£ off.. My kids like whoopers with either mayo or ketchup only, Neither of them got what they wanted and on top of that, we ordered a large fry.. didn’t know they charged small fries for the price of a large.. I could of went back but people like that who hate working for customer service are not worth the time and effort to go back and argue to get my order right. Plus I didn’t even get my receipt... I work for a customer service job and I never disrespect people.. if you really hate your job, work construction jobs if you don’t like working for the people... I personally wouldn’t tolerate people like that working for a big company like Burger King. By the way good job Dublin and Powers location for not being rude and always working...

I always do dine-in, so my review is based on eating the food as soon as I get it (I know majority of the people get take-out or drive-through). I used to work at Burger King and have purchased their burgers a lot in the past; in my opinion there are much better fast food burgers.

What redeems this franchise for me is their breakfast food and their BK Royal Crispy Chicken Sandwich. I have had the chicken sandwich 4 or 5 times, and for a fast food sandwich it is pretty solid, although I am not a fan of their other chicken products (the nuggets are decent but there are better places to get tastier nuggets).

The hash browns and biscuit sandwiches are really good if made fresh (I have had a few times where the hash browns had been sitting in the warmer for a while and the biscuit sandwiches were pre-made; the food loses its quality pretty quickly so the key is asking for it fresh and eating it as soon as you get it).

On a final note, I would highly recommend the location on Powers & Constitution. Every time I go there the food is made fresh and they seem to care about service more than the other locations I have gone to. The one on Interquest Parkway sucks; I will not be going...
