This time I have to post sorry...ok I just stopped by half hour ago order almost 40 dlls on food, I got to the windows handed a 100 dlls bill, the girl took the bill (black young girl can't remeber her name) well she handed the bill back after she got the bill in her hands for 15 seconds and told me very quietly she doesn't have change I was very surprised at 4:40 pm amd she doesn't have 60 dlls in her register, I dont belive it, am sorry but after been general manager for 20 years in a restaurant I know is always change either in the registers or in the safe......well something about me was no appealing to the girls I guess because more I ask questions more weird answers keep getting from the girls...I asked for the manager and she said am the manager 😬😬🤦🏻♀️🤦🏻♀️🤦🏻♀️ wondering why is barely any business at this location I know 99.99% she was lying , I even ask her *well how much money you have in the resgistrer maybe I can order another 10dlls so you can give 50 back , but then keep excusing herself with very poorly excuses to be honest, I know she was lying because she never was surprised when she saw the 100 dlls bill, l (tou know if it was true she will be more like ohhhh nooo am sorry mam I dont have change, let me see what can we do, maybe go to the front registrer or something you know really trying to resolve the issue a , but nope she was just passive aggressive with vague responses, this business is never busy or have never been busy since they open 2 years ago am wondering if this employees are part of the problem, because is not the first time I had a bad service.....is the only reason this time I decide on...
Read moreI had one of the worst experiences getting food here with THREE times wrong food on one visit. Only to have it topped by the manager agreeing to refund my meal and failing to do so as promised. I am gluten free and ordered without croutons. I got out to the car the forst time and there were croutons on the salad. I went inside and the manager (Richardson) agreed to remake my food as ordered. I had to wait and additional 10 minutes for the remake. I carried it out and realized it was missing my double protein and my cheese that I paid extra for on the salad. The manager went back to fix it again. When I got my order for the THIRD TIME it was still missing the mushrooms that come on the salad so I had to go back inside again. I let the manager know I ordered ahead due to time constraints and it is unacceptable to receive my order three times incorrectly and long after the expected time. He agreed to refund my meal for the situation and told me to go ahead and take the salad. He agreed to call me once the refund was complete (since he had to call another office to complete it) This occurred on 09/26 midday, and I have still yet to receive my promised refund or my promised callback. This was the worst customer service I have received in a long time, then to be late and lied to on top of it. Read moreAstoundingly shocked at the poor quality control here! I originally ordered the Blackened chicken. The rice in the platter had completely uncooked rice causing pain to my teeth. I sent it back and received another Blackened Chicken with once again uncooked rice. I was offered a different menu item and ordered the most simple item Blueberry Chia Pesto Sandwich and our group ordered an additional sandwich with x3 cookies. We received our group sandwich directly to our table when the Chef asked x1 cookie right? We said no x3 cookies. The chef also mentioned wait did you have the Blueberry Pesto? I said yes and Chef stated they forgot and the ticket system was down. The Chef then took the already prepped sandwich back to the kitchen with the cookie. She returned 5 minutes later to say her boss threw away the sandwich and that the kitchen had to remake our group sandwich order. Another 5 minutes pass and we got our sandwiches and x3 cookies plus a free rice crispy treat. I came home and opened my Blueberry Chia Pesto Sandwich to find NO BLUEBERRY!
