Hello! I ordered a 6-pack of cookies last night (one of each of this week's cookies). I returned to the store because we realized that our chocolate chip cookie was completely raw. Upon returning to the store, one of the workers proceeded to tell me that "Oh, our cookies are supposed to crumble ''. Excuse me? I have had Crumbl cookies many, many times. I've also had other cookies in my 36 years of life and I'm also a baker myself. I know the difference between a crumbly cookie, a soft-baked cookie and a RAW cookie. I did not appreciate the lack of accountability. Additionally, the worker would not provide the refund I requested, but instead would only give me another chocolate chip cookie. This cookie was also raw.
At this point, I began to speak with a male named Hunter, who claimed to be the manager. He was outrageously rude and again refused to give me a refund. He demanded that I pick another cookie, so I did, the Buckeye Brownie. He also proceeded to tell the other customers in store that "He could do his job if he didn't have customers like me!". Are you kidding me? The customer that was sold RAW food, requested a refund and then was denied and given MORE RAW FOOD?! Somehow I'm the problem? Completely unacceptable!
When we returned home, we found that both Buckeye Brownie cookies were also raw. I also strongly believe the Cookies and Cream Milkshake cookie was raw, and then put in the refrigerator at the store and then given to customers. RAW, not softbaked. RAW. Meaning unsafe to consume and therefore, unsafe to be sold to the public. These discoveries came after my husband had already taken bites of these cookies! My husband had extreme stomach issues today and I know it was due to the fact that he ate parts of those raw cookies. This is completely outrageous, and unsafe customer service!
The fact that there was zero accountability, apologies or checking of their food after this was brought to their attention is extremely concerning and unacceptable. I did take videos and photos of the raw cookies and I will be supplying those, this message and my concerns to the BBB, the Colorado Department of Public Health and Environment and El Paso County Public Health, since the workers and manager of this Crumbl location refused to do anything about this and obviously do not care about public safety or delivering safe food to their customers. This should be at the forefront of any business dealing with food and I have found this is not the case with...
Read moreA quick update to this review, as a coworker told me about a place called Sasquatch Cookies a while back. He swears by that place and says they are way better than Crumbl. I have had them a couple times and while I think Crumbl and Sasquatch are about the same level, I am siding with Crumbl. I think Sasquatch may use slightly better ingredients or a better recipe, as the cookies taste just a little bit better. However, Crumbl gives you far larger cookies for only about $1 more. Moreover, every time I go to Crumbl I get the cookies straight out of the oven (my last chocolate chip cookie was falling apart because it was so soft), whereas Sasquatch only gives them to me slightly warm and semi-hard.

I've only ever eaten these cookies fresh (within 5 minutes of leaving the store), so I do not know how the taste of the food is affected if eating these when they are not so fresh. However, I will say that these are some of the best cookies I have ever had. They are soft, chewy, full of flavor and loaded with sugar. People trying to watch their weight shouldn't go here because you'll probably end up eating more than you intend to.
The Oreo cookie is my favorite, so if you see that on the rotating menu be sure to try it out. It is refrigerated and thick (about 1 inch thick for the cookie itself, with 1/4 inch of frosting / creme on top). It also has chunks of Oreo in the cookie.
My next favorite is the chocolate chip, which seems to be there every time I go so I think it might be a constant. It's definitely sweet, but not as sweet as some of the other cookies I have had (the sweetness is more in the background and is not the main thing that jumps out at you when you first bite into the cookie).
The peanut butter brownie cookie is really solid. It's refrigerated as well and is about an inch thick like the Oreo cookie.
The regular peanut butter and donut cookies are really good as well. The donut cookie is extremely sweet, however, so I could see this turning...
Read moreDon’t let the price and advertisements trick you, these cookies are good. My wife and I came into the store expecting the cookies to underwhelming, dry and overpriced based on the ad’s that were on the website. Surprisingly we walked out with 4 very reasonably sized cookies priced at just above $3.50. Obviously the buisness works best with larger orders of 4 or more cookies so it’s way overpriced for a single cookie. We took the cookies, sat down in our car and tasted each cookie 1 at a time. The flavor was spot on, not to sweet not to savory, perfect. The texture was soft and moist with buttery textured frosting. The cookies are very cake like but are great. I wouldn’t personally pay more than $3 for these cookies on a given day but I’m impressed. My largest complaint is the online system being app based. The location is clean , the staff seem well trained, and the aesthetic seems authentic rather than deceptive or overly cute. Give it a try, you won’t be...
