What a disappointment! I will say the fish was really good, but the crew was a complete disaster! We waited a good 5 minutes for them to take the order of the lady ahead of us - their delay, not her's. Clearly they were in crisis about some orders. When we were finally able to place our order. I was asked if I wanted fries for one of my sides. I replied no, I wanted the garlic butter fries - advertised as an additional $0.39. Our order was FINALLY delivered with fries - not the garlic butter fries. I informed our server and she said she'd bring the correct side. After a brief wait we went ahead with our meal minus my corrected side. At the end of the meal I returned the fries to the counter and asked for compensation. The manager's solution was she could add garlic butter to my now COLD fries. I said that wasn't satisfactory. She offered to refund the additional charge but when I checked my receipt, that additional charge of $0.39 had been charged as $0.99 - over double. Petty amount, but the principal of over charging advertised prices and little effort to compensate for their mistake and retain a customer is VERY POOR...

Read moreNew person on the register. She asked for help a few times and they were SO rude to her. They wound up taking her off the register after our order. She made a mistake and tried to fix it. They yelled at her. They made her ring up the mistake ($1.49 difference) abs run my debit card again to cover the difference. After it took 10 minutes to pave an order for 6 people I felt like they could eat that $1.49.... The way the drive thru gal sighed and rolled her eyes..(and ignored her when she was struggling) really looked bad. The manager in back yelling at her was tacky too. If I were her I'd find a new job. They get 3 stars because the food was good once it all arrived... Andthe incoming manager (wish I remembered his name) was so much better. He arrived between the time we ordered and when we got our food. He was kind and helpful in correcting our order, dealt well with the new employee and replaced a corn on the cob when my son dropped it...
