Quality has gone down a bit. Salads are not as fresh or full as they used to be. Also, for to-go orders, stuff is being missed - salad utensils, napkins, etc. Sandwiches are drier than normal - bread is harder, meat looks old, etc. We love this place, but it's not our go-to anymore due to lack of quality.
UPDATE: Very unfortunate. I have to lower my rating from the original 4 stars down to 2 stars. We had yet another bad experience, getting the order wrong, sandwiches made explicitly uncaringly, and ultimately a manager who very obviously didn't care about making things right. I told her (manager) that we weren't feeling good and just wanted to get something good to take home. Didn't matter.
Got home from picking up the food - chef salad, pastrami sandwich, and turkey sandwich - and one sandwich had the wrong side and dressing, the other sandwich was so scarcely made it was barely a sandwich. When I called the restaurant, the manager told me the only way to make things right was for me to bring in the receipt (which we didn't get) to the store. It's the only way she could refund our money, or she'd lose her job. As stated above, I told her we weren't feeling well, but she just repeated the sane thing. We've spoken to a different manager on a separate occasion where things weren't right, and he was extremely helpful in making things right. Thus the reason for my stating things have gone downhill.
At this point, because of what occurred tonight, we will not be coming back. Sad things went this way.

Read moreMy husband and I went in during dinner rush this week, even though we knew there would be a wait. Order medium pizza, full pepperoni, add pineapple to half and a salad. Pizza came out in 30 minutes, but still no salad (requested come out before pizza). Pizza we got was pepperoni on half and ONLY pineapple on the other half. Husband asked for it to be fixed and the employee said they’d have to remake the entire pizza. I went back up and asked that we keep the correct half and they remake the incorrect part. She said they’d have remake the whole thing, but she’d check with her manager. In steps Jonah, the superstar dinner saver! Jonah was awesome. Told him what happened and as he looked at my pizza, he says “it looks like I owe you about 4 slices, so I’ll make you a small one and that should be pretty close. You keep that whole thing, even if you’re not going to eat that wrong half because I’d have to toss it anyway. Oh, you didn’t get your salad yet? Let me take care of that.” We had our salad in less than 5 minutes. Jonah made sure we didn’t have to wait another 30 minutes (1 hour total) to eat, was so nice and really threw out some problem solving skills. Read moreWhen the order was taken, we were told a wait time of 10 minutes. 20 minutes later, I asked about the sandwiches and they told me they were behind. However, other orders were being delivered in 10 minutes. I talked to Jared, Manager, about why it took over 30 minutes to get a sandwich made. Another manager named Sean came to the counter. He had horrible customer service skills. Asked if I wanted a refund. Okay, I’ve been waiting 30 minutes for my food so why would I want my money back? I did not appreciate his flippant response. I asked to see his direct supervisor, the GM. Of course my food came up after complaining for several minutes. Prior to speaking to Jared who was nice and apologized, I asked a young woman to help us and she said she would be back. She disappeared and never returned. While waiting, there were several employees at the order desk just talking while I was waiting for my order. VERY DISAPPOINTED. Sean needs to take customer service training.
