So we started going to Dutch bros after ditching Starbucks for their high prices and poor customer service. I have to say that this is a 10 star place: the drinks are superb, the staff is awesome, it’s like they chose rockstars for this location. Those complaining about the wait time need to learn some patience, it takes a bit a time to make good drinks and they are humans after all, not robots.
However, if you become close with the staff which is very easy because they’re energy is very contagious, a girl named BIANCA will send a text message to all the employees with your actual name on it telling the staff to not spend as much time with you. You’ll know who BIANCA the second you interact with her, she has a very condescending look and attitude and since she is somehow still in a leadership position she will coerce the rest of the staff to treat you different making her a text book bully.
If you dare to complain about this I’ll equipped “shift lead”, she will amp up her attitude to the point of being disrespectful, if you ask to speak to a manager about it and she will say things like “I’ll go let them know you are coming, I could care less”. Also, do not take free drinks because someone who does not have the courage or intestinal fortitude to speak for them selves will insult you by saying that “you never pay”…even if you have the full app reload history to prove that you actually pay ALL THE TIME ;). Bottom line, if you can avoid BIANCA you’ll have a great time, but you won’t be able to tell if she’s there because she is NEVER outside taking orders contrary to the rest of the shift leads who don’t think themselves above everyone else.
To the person that answers these: don’t bother with a response, take BIANCA out of the leadership position that she is abusing. Because of this person alone, we decided to just make coffee at home, I refuse to pay to be singled out and bullied by a child that thinks highly of her self because she achieved an ever sooooo hard to attain bachelor’s degree.
BIANCA IS THE ONLY PROBLEM...
Read moreI rarely go to this location because it’s always so slow and my drink is never made correctly. I intentionally bypass the Dublin location and go to the next closest location, and I would have done that today but that location wasn’t accepting mobile orders at the time.
I’ve only ordered from this location maybe 3 times in a year. I only went today because I was hoping it would be different; it was not. I always use the app to order ahead, regardless of the location I go to. And every other location always has my drink ready by the time it says it will be. But Dublin? Nope!
Because it’s a Saturday and I knew it would be busy today, I arrived 10 mins after my drink was supposed to be ready and STILL waited 10 more mins. Then when I finally take a sip, it’s not extra sweet like I ordered it. It was supposed to be a Caramel Pumpkin Brûlée iced breve. I think they forgot the CPB part because my drink has NO FLAVOR. I wait all year for this drink and I regret spending $7 for a drink that previous experience told me wouldn’t be correct. Three strikes! You’re...
Read moreGenerally Dutch bros has a good environment, a nice vibe, however this location is now closer to home and I'm pretty regular. I think it needs to be addressed that the employees do not come out to the cars to advance take orders most times the lines are long and this stream lines the process. This location is frequently backed up and the employees expect a tip. They often assume a tip and tap it on the screen and sign for it without asking. If I don't want to tip I don't have too. You are paid hourly. And if you aren't friendly I don't wanna tip you anyway.... especially if I'm waiting 20 mins in the drive up....the employees are such a hit and miss some are kind and others seem to be more consumed in each other than working. Talking and goofing off instead of coming outside to take orders. I'd also like to note that some of the music they blast is really trashy rap not appropriate for a business. It would be nice to see some more professionalism and friendiness from this location. Otherwise we'll be heading to...
