I placed my order at 7:16 PM and was informed it would be ready in approximately 11–16 minutes. I arrived at the store at 8:10 PM—nearly an hour later—allowing ample time for the order to be completed. Upon arrival, my husband went inside and was told it would take an additional 5–10 minutes. After waiting, I went in myself to check on the order, only to be told that it could not be found.
The cashier then called over the manager, who informed me that my order had likely been given to another customer by mistake. His response was simply, “Sorry, we must’ve given your order away. It will be 20 minutes to make a new one.” There was no genuine apology or attempt to provide any form of customer service.
Another employee offered to rush the order, but by that point, I was extremely dissatisfied and requested a refund. The manager appeared visibly annoyed, sighed, and responded, “Well fine,” before calling out to cancel my order.
This entire experience was frustrating and disappointing. The lack of accountability and professionalism from the staff was unacceptable. I do not plan to return to this location and would not recommend it based on...

It's another 5 mins from my house so 15 mins after my order said it was done i went to get it. When I got there i asked for my pizza and they said it had another 5 mins. I made a comment about how the website said it was done and how it needed to be fixed. The excuse I got was "oh we are busy." So since we had to wait we waited by the window where you can watch them make the pizzas. While we were waiting we saw the dough guy drop something on the floor and pick it up and throw it away. He didn't wash his hands after this and keep working with dough. They don't wear gloves at the domino's so that was no way okay. I went straight to the counter and complained and the cashier told me it wasn't dough. I got even more mad because I've worked in food places before and this was no way okay to do. I said how gross it was and how everyone there was getting food with dirty on it. After I got my pizzas I told the cashier that we will not be returning to this one. I'm so disappointed. Read moreI recently placed an order for a pasta dish from your website, which indicated it would serve up to two people. I intended to share it with my husband. However, when I got home, I noticed the container was not filled to the top. Upon opening it and slightly moving one piece of pasta to the side, the bottom of the bowl was clearly visible—it was nearly empty.
As a result, I ended up eating the pasta myself while my husband had to eat something else. I submitted a complaint, and the store kindly reached out to apologize and offered a complimentary replacement, encouraging me to give them another chance.
Unfortunately, when I returned and ordered another pasta, the portion I received was even smaller than before. The attached photos were taken before any of the pasta was eaten; I only moved one piece to show the lack of content.
The employees are very nice and have great service, its just the food.
