I am still shaking from the horrible experience I had in this Little Caesars. My eleven year old son went in to order a large pepperoni pizza and was charged a different order. When I went in to purchase the correct order, I was significantly misstreated. The cashier asked me to return the change and I did. When I gave her the complete change from the $10 i had paid for in the beginning, she mixed the change with the register and then claimed I had not given her back the correct amount. Soon after, a manager named Tomas rudely approached us and said “can you let my employee explain” and “next time don’t bring your son and order it yourself.” They began counting the drawer numerous times. I told the manager that he could check the cameras to see if I had given her the change back and he quoted, “the cameras are not working.” I was treated as a liar and waited for over 15 minutes of argument trying to get my money back. The manager then later refused to give me the cashiers name and defended her by saying “she is a manager in another place too.” There was no apologies. The manager only handed me the $10 rudely after numerous counts of their register and told me to have a nice day in the most hypocritical way. My son, being disable, was very traumatized by the experience and cried because he understood when the manager told me to next time don’t bring my son in and order it myself. I am outraged and in disbelief of how miserably the customer service was, especially coming from the manager on duty. I ended up leaving with no pizza and a horrible experience. My son feels very bad and does not want to go order anymore by himself. This manager named Tomas brought my son’s self esteem to the ground. My son has ordered numerous times in other places and has never had a problem before. How many times is an order mistaken? Many times I’m sure. It would have been so easy to simply correct the order and avoid these unpleasant circumstances. I really hope superior managers can talk to this manager and send him to customer service classes because he should not be a manager. I will never be...
Read moreI ordered here and they are in partnership with Uber Eats. So my problem is I ordered at 11:59 am and Uber Eats didn't get my order to me till almost 2pm... Little Caesars knew when Uber Eats picked up my order the quality was lost for sitting so long. Little Caesars said it's Uber Eats fault which I'm not disagreeing with but when your in a partnership with them your supposed to pick up the slack and not send out a order that you know is NO GOOD....Now they got me calling back and forth and I'm just beyond frustrated....The order was so horrific, cold and stale....Little Caesars how could you send out an order to your so called valued customers knowing it's ALL BAD??? Regardless how bad Uber Eats messed up you are still responsible for giving Uber Eats something good to deliver... If you guys can't get your partnership right and cover for each other then I would suggest you not be in partnership with each other cuz you're the customer is the one who got screwed here.... I definitely don't think I'll be eating Little Caesars anytime soon cuz it showed me today they were all about getting their money and not delivering a quality product.... When your a team and one part messes up the whole team messes up you don't blame just one part. A real team will pull together and make it right.... A Little Caesars dropped the ball.... 2 thumbs down.... The Pepsi wasn't even cold.... Time invested over 3+ hours Refund supposed to be given.... But that don't solve the issue of what's for lunch....at almost...
Read moreI ordered pizza after a long day at work at the hospital, I had be by thinking about this pepperoni pizza all day and when I ordered it from the closest little Caesars to me which is the one on galley and circle, I also couldn't help but think about an ice cold Pepsi with my pizza. So I added one on to my order. The order came early delivered by door dash, and there was no Pepsi. The delivery driver said it was the store and if you have ever dealt with door dash you know that it would be pointless to go that route. Instead I called the little Caesars store and told them that my Pepsi was missing. They then blamed the driver obviously. Then told me I could come get it whenever I wanted. I told them that I ordered delivery because I couldn't just go down there as I have no car. She said my name would go in a book and sometime in the next week I could come pick it up. I do try to eat healthy and pizza and a soda was a treat for my company and I. So now I have to go out of my way to get this Pepsi that I paid almost 5 dollars for not to mention all the taxes on it and a service and delivery fee. So if I don't pick it up and ruin my diet, i pretty much give away $7 dollars. And not to like a homeless person but a corporation that already makes millions of dollars in hard working teenagers across America. As of right now I will never order from this store again and maybe never from little Caesars again. Beware trusting your order to...
