Overall, this location is great. Nice people, very friendly. My dog can be crazy but they know him there and donât freak out if he barks. Drinks are always great. Only downside is the couple times Iâve seen a really long drive through line, Iâve thought âit has to be much faster if I go up to the windowâ but every single time Iâve tried walking up to the window, itâs taken much longer than 10 minutes. I think Iâve done it 4 different times and the first time was 25 minutes, second time was 20, third time was 25 again and the last time is actually right now. Iâm standing at the window and the lady in front of me when I walked up had to wait 35+ minutes for 3 drinks, Iâve so far been standing here in 27 degree weather and itâs been 18 minutes as of now. I order 2 iced drinks.. every other thing about this location is great, I just donât think itâs worth walking up to the window if you donât have 30 minutes to spare. Even if the drive through line wraps around the parking lot, I would not recommend walking up to the window. Iâm writing this review not to be snarky or hate on this coffee shop.. I am just hoping maybe somebody sees it who is able to change the way it works here. If thereâs a yellow car that is last in line, when I walk up to the window, then when the yellow car is leaving the drive through with their drink, I should be getting my drink next at the window.. it doesnât make sense that the window drink takes so much longer than where I would be if I was in the drive through line..Again, everything else is amazing, but the walk up window is absolutely ridiculous. Any more than 10, possibly 15 minutes and something isnât right and should be fixed.
Edit: it ended up taking 32 minutes, but today they actually know me and apologized for the long wait, which is appreciated. I will continue to come here basically every day for my coffee, I just wonât walk up to the window unless Iâm in NO rush and itâs a...
Read moreI am usually not one to write a review, but my experience at this location today was ridiculous. I get in line (long as usual) with limited time before my class started. The girl approached my window without greeting me and asked what I wanted. I told her what kind of chai I wanted and she proceeded to roll her eyes and give me an attitude saying she has never heard of the drink I was requesting. I understand if its something this location may not be familiar with, which is completely fine, but the eye roll and attitude was completely unnecessary. I ended up ordering something else, which is no problem for me. She then asked me how many shots of espresso I wanted in my chai, and I was confused by that so I just asked for whatever they usually put in the drink. She then proceeded to rudely tell me that each shot is $0.70 each. Umm ok? She made it sound like that was some huge factor that played into me ordering this drink. I just wanted the drink, I'm going to be paying either way considering this drink requires espresso shots said by her. I end up paying for my large chai, and get up to the window not only to just not be greeted but to also receive the completely wrong drink (a coffee) in a smaller size. This location completely wasted my time considering I had to turn around and drive all the way back for the drink I actually paid for. Don't waste your time here, starbucks has never done...
Read moreOver the last few years I find myself visiting Dutch Bros less and less often due to the costs of their drinks, and what has become an ever increasingly slower and slower service. This morning I swung by hoping it get a kicker. I was on the other side of the main street and had to do a swing around. There were 3 cars in the line. After swinging around at the light and coming around the parking lot the same 3 cars were still in line there. It was like the Batista was to busy to be concerned with the amount of time that they were taking of the other customers just to chat to the one at the window. Realizing that there was no way that I was going to have time to sit there for 15-20 minutes I decided to move on. The thing is this is just one instance.. there have been several of these. For me there is also the issue of the company going to an app situation over text messages. I don't like adding additional apps to my phone just to get some promotional notice on my phone and to share or allow a company to access who knows what.. lastly there is the issue of the cost of a simple coffee.. Starbucks is cheaper in comparison out side of inflation costs.. I will say that the drinks still taste good but not even that or the free stickers are enough to keep me...
