Level Up Virtual Reality — Local services in Colorado Springs

Took my kiddo in on a Friday and the experience was really positive! It made my son’s bday a super special day getting to experience VR in a positive and clean environment. The owner Emily was super nice and great with my special needs son. Definitely recommend going in! I also appreciate the nice clean bathroom and clean overall facility. We were very lucky and had the whole place to ourselves, which really contributed to his positive experience. Would love to see the facility expand further to add a punch card option for walk-ins just so, it is friendly for adults and children with special needs whom may not due well on days when busy. Also adding homeschool days and Military kid days broken into age groups would also be a really good option. Pricing and game selection was also...

We had a strange experience at Level Up virtual reality. I initially booked here because the reviews were so good. We had 8 people total and 2 of the people in our party were in their 50s. So of course there was a learning curve for them. What I am disappointed in is just the overall knowledge of the people leading our group and the fact that I had to set my headset down in order to go assist the other people in our group while the leader is on their phone sitting down. The other leader seemed to get frustrated and left to another room. I was hesitant to post this because I want a small business to succeed but for $40 a person for an hour, I feel that we could have been given a little bit more help. Truly amazing how far technology has come! Great place to try out some VR games. I brought my son and one of his friends to play and they had a blast. At the end I decided to give it a try (first timer) and play a game of “me versus them” laser tag. It blew my mind how immersive it was with the headset on.

I got to bag up some dad props not only for bringing them there but for kicking the snot out of those punks in our 2 vs 1 match up :) The staff (owner) was amazing and patient helping us navigate the gamescapes.
