UPDATE: I see you have responded to my post. I have called SO many times and have gotten nowhere. The last call that I made, June 10, I was told that pickup would be on Monday June 16th and that there was some kind of confusion. This morning, June 11, at 8:12 am, I receive a call stating that the driver will be here TODAY in the next hour. What is going on!?!?
Original installation was good. Staff was friendly and professional I called on 5/8 to arrange and schedule pick up of equipment for June 4. June 4 arrived and no call, no text, and no email. At 430pm I decide to call the office. I spoke with a woman who checked and informed me that I was still on the schedule for that day, June 4, and that I would receive a call before the pickup crew arrived. 8pm....no call, no text, no email. I then spoke with a gentleman who informed me that I was rescheduled for the following Tuesday. (I will not be home on Tuesday, as I originally indicated). He apologized and we decided on a pick up date for Saturday June 7. I asked this gentleman if there was a supervisor that I could speak with. He replied that I would need to call during the week, M-F 8am-5pm to speak with a superviser, but that he would send out an email to management regarding the situation in which no one has arrived or communicated with me regarding the pickup and the rescheduled date It is now, Saturday, June 7, 6:10pm, and no one has arrived. Something needs to be done with the answering service. I ran out of oxygen when I was supposed to have been delivered on Friday. I called Friday afternoon and was told nothing was coming and that I would get a delivery on Saturday. This was a weekend that I had things to do. They called back Saturday morning saying they don't deliver on Saturday. I had to cancel my plans which really upset me. I had to stay home with my home condenser. On Monday, I had to go to the office 45 minutes away to get oxygen so I can go to a Dr appointment. Morgan and Kaylin, were very nice getting me set up correctly. The respiratory therapist, Karina, immediately put me at ease with her professionalism. She took time to answer all of my questions, gave me detailed instructions on the proper use of the device and the oxygen concentrator and expertly helped me select and fit a mask. She even helped me set up the app so I could easily access my sleep data. The tech, Tyler made sure my insurance reporting was correct and even loaded my equipment into my car for me.
