Jerel is running a “business” but quite literally just does what he wants to do, despite people genuinely wanting to support him. Not to mention my boyfriend has a half done tattoo from Jerel on his leg that’s been paid for and he has made no attempt to contact my boyfriend to finish it. Jerel does not respect your time or money and therefore is not a respectable tattoo artist. Go...

Do yourself a favor and find a reputable tattoo...
