I initially gave this location 5 stars because they were always consistent in being good. Today was a different story. Not only were we given a soda that was running low on the syrup, but the server had our order waiting on the counter (getting cold) while he replaced the syrup for the soda and was tending to another order before handing us our order. We asked for a different soda due to the syrup being out and that is when the server mentioned that he just just replaced the syrup for the same kind of soda we ordered and offered to get another of the same soda replaced which was fine, but if he just replaced the syrup for the soda we just ordered... one would think hmmm... maybe I should ask the customer if the current soda I handed them tasted normal due to having to just change the syrup bag... but maybe that's just what I would do. What was irritating is that when I asked for a new soda, the server seemed to have an attitude about it... then when we got our bag of food... there was mustard smeared all over it and our fries where semi warm...almost cold. We asked for fresh fries and the server had an attitude about that and asked to take the bag back... stepped away for less than a minute and came back with the same greased and mustard covered bag and gave us re-heated fries... meaning putting our already cold fries back in the fryer and put them back in the same fry packaging and back into the same greasy mustard bag we initially had and didn't even bother to apologize for the ordeal....it was like we, the paying customer, inconvenienced him. We could tell that the fries were reheated because they were extra saturated with grease and in the same fry packing they were initially in... plus you can taste when fries are reheated. We go inside (because this was all via drive thru service) and asked to speak with the manager and the person helping us inside the restaurant advised that they will remake the entire order... the manager came and apologized for the experience and even gave us 2 free orders with 2 free custard orders for the inconvenience. He advised that it was unacceptable and apologized for it, which is why I left at least 3 stars for them remaking our order and the effort in giving us a couple comped orders. Most places just give an excuse and that's it...no effort in trying to make it right. We didn't complain to get anything free, we just wanted the order made fresh and the order made right which is what they advertise on the sign... that they make every order fresh to order and that was not what we received today. I don't need free things, just make the order right everytime and always quality inspect to avoid this from happening again and potentially losing customers...

The last 5 times we have ordered delivery from this Freddys we never had received the fry sauce we order, or any additional toppings. In fact, they always forget our toppings on our burgers too. We always stay silent because we get it. We come from service. Stuff happens. This last time was the final straw though. On August 11th we ordered and both our sandwiches were missing all toppings and they gave us no fry sauce or jalapeño fry sauce. I call and just let them know hey look we get it. Not gonna yell. But it’s really disappointing. This is the fifth time in a row we order and get nothing of what we ask for. The guy I spoke to politely apologized, said we could pick up a new order or that they would send us some meal vouchers. We went with the meal vouchers because we’re really pressed for time these days. He took down my wife’s name (she ordered it), the order number, and our address to send the vouchers to. It’s been two months and we haven’t received anything. We’ll be going out of our way to order from other locations and won’t be returning in person to this one. It’s incredibly disappointing. Read moreI wanted to take a minute to compliment this restaurant and its leadership. First, I very much appreciate their Veterans Day program giving Veterans a free combo meal voucher to be used sometime during the month of November. Second, from my personal experience, I failed (forgot) to actually use my voucher before the end of the month. I stopped by the restaurant on the 3rd of December anyway and the manager there still honored my voucher. The manager did not have to do that (the voucher itself clearly states that it expires on November 30th) so I very much appreciate the fact that it was still honored. That was a classy move.
