Lucky Dragon Chinese Restaurant — Restaurant in Colorado Springs

Was in the mountains all day, got off at Fillmore and saw the Lucky Dragon and have never been in there even though I see it every time I drive by. I was in the mood for Oriental, so I called in the order from across the street. Got there, $16.85 ...picked up my food got home in about 15 minutes, opened the bag, put the food on a plate and started to eat. 😕 The rice was dry and flavorless! Tasted like it came out of a box. Next we're the uncooked carrots, onion and bell peppers... the peas looked like they just took them out of a bag and threw them on top of the food...they didn't even pull the string off. 🤨🥴 The only good thing was the chicken...done right. So needless to say, my $16.85 chicken meal did not even come close to filling me up. SO... Don't go there 😩 That was an expensive lesson and I should have gotten a good meal at Burger King 👑

P.S. This is almost two hours later and I have terrible diarrhea, been on the toilet three times and it doesn't want to...

I’m a little sad about writing this review… This has been my families “go to” place to eat for years and the last few orders just didn’t measure up. It was “still” really good, just not crazy good like in the past. We had a large family order with egg drop/ wonton soup, beef lo mein, beef vegetables, chicken and beef fried rice and egg foo young. The soups are “still” so good, and their egg foo young is to die for, but everything else in the order tasted different. The fried rice was blah…The beef and veggies had too sweet a sauce. The lo mein was plain with little to no flavor. I will say their staff is super friendly, and their take out packaging is so kid/dog friendly. They wrap the soups and saucy foods so they won’t spill in your car… Lately though, I’ve eaten at a few other restaurants closer to my home that really made me feel that this restaurant just isn’t worth going 15 miles out of my way for… I’m still a...

I would never recommend this place to anyone. I ordered a vegetarian lunch meal and a combination lunch meat. They got my lunch order wrong. I called them to let them know they sent me 2 combination lunch meals and they said they would send me the correct vegetarian meal. They informed me that they would pick up 1 of the combination lunch meal they accidentally dropped off. About 10 minutes after they delivered the correct meal, they called me back 2 times to inform me that the meat lunch meal had been eaten! The lady stated that someone ate the shrimp and chicken out of it. WHAT! I explained that she left the meal on my desk and no one ate the meat out of it. She argued with me until I hung up and told her not to call me anymore.
