My friend and I wanted to catch up so we dropped into this Starbucks. It was very clean and looked very inviting. It was midday but there were other people on laptops and the wait in line was just a few minutes. We did notice right away that no one greeted us when we entered, no biggie they probably didn't realize we walked in. They asked our order, asked my name and asked if it was for here or to go, for here we respond. We saw that others had found tables as soon as they placed their order and the drinks were brought to their table so my friend and I did the same thing. Except no one brought us out drinks, instead they called out our order (not my name) until we realized they were talking to us, we got up and grabbed our drinks and took them to our table. We noticed though that the other patrons didn't need to do that if they were sitting at tables. We also noticed when we left that no one said goodbye or thank you or anything though with the other patrons they made sure they knew they were welcome to come back. Maybe it's because we weren't visibly over the age of 60 or maybe it was because we weren't dressed in polo shirts and Chico but the message was clear, we were not welcomed and I will not...
Read moreI had been coming here for about two-ish years. Today I went in as usual, sat down to do my work. Within 5 minutes someone came over from the back and said can I get you something. I responded not at the moment. She said ok with our new policy if you are going to hang out here you have to order something. Mind you, I always order something whenever I come in just not within the first 5 minutes. It’s usually after an hour or two. I also tip the baristas between $2-$10 depending on the day. I usually don’t order anything that is more than $5.
To the Starbucks owner…this encounter can be verified via your camera system. I walk in about 9:35a on 7/7/25. I sit right across from the counter by the bathrooms. Shortly after she comes over.
I’ll be passing on this Starbucks
Edit-Someone told me that this is a new policy for all Starbucks that was rolled out in January to combat homeless people using their facilities. I definitely understand that. I’ll probably stick to the Starbucks that remember me and know that I’m a...
Read moreWorst Starbucks location EVER!!!! This place is a joke when it comes to customer service. If you don't like your job then maybe find one that is more equip. I swear some of the workers that they have on this location are so rude. It also doesn't help if the manager doesn't know how to handle upset customers. I recommend driving elsewhere or hitting Kangaroo Coffee down the street for far better service. Like how hard is it to be nice and not have a rude attitude when it comes to paying costumers. When asked a simple question you get a rude remark back. I also called customer service on this location to let them know of my experience and I was supposed to have a district manager call back nope. On top of that they send me a supposed 15 dollar gift card that wasn't even activated . It's okay I rather spend my money in other coffee shops apart from Starbucks that treat the costumer with more respect. Stay away from this location. Not worth...
