McDonald's — Restaurant in Colorado Springs

When I arrived I was not greeted I was simply told to order the employees didn't ask how I was doing or even acknowledge me. They simply seemed to want to get me out of their drive thru. Also the lady who took my order and my money wasn't even wearing a uniform. She was wearing a random t-shirt and a sweat shirt. Neither of which were owned or made by McDonald's. Lastly when I asked for a military discount the lady and the manager seemed to laugh at the fact i wanted a discount. Soldiers and they're families goes through a lot. It can be challenged to hold together a marriage and take care of kids when in the military. Not to mention soldiers can go through so much stress and trauma and be changed because of it. Excuse me if I want a discount to save 1 or 2 dollars on my order. It does not change the fact that they simply laughed and made jokes about the fact i wanted a discount. One of the biggest things I watch for when it comes to going to a restaurant, fast food or not, I look for the respect and care that the employees give their customers. And my visit to this one showed that the employees and managers had no respect and simply just wanted to be paid. I will never return to...

WORST RAN MACDONALDS I HAVE EVER VISITED!!!! RUDE NIHHT SHIFT MANAGER HAS ZERO CONCEPT OF WHAT CUSTOMER SERVICE. !!!!!! DONT WASTE YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY AT THIS THIEVING LOCATION!!!!! I stop at this location several nights a week for lunch while i'm working. Every single time I make my order on the app.I add extra onions which it charges me additionally.Every time. So please tell me how almost every time that I pick up my order that clearly has on the reciept and the custom order tags that are still on the burgers that say extra onions.Yet there's absolutely no onions?????? You charging me for something And continually not giving it to me is theft!!!!! How do orders that come up on a screen?That's a extra onions.Translate to the workers that store no onions when they see it charges me??? I will not return to this location as this has happened way too many times!!! How are you gonna raise all your prices?And then literally rob your customers by not giving them what they have to pay extra for???? Ok, so I don’t normally leave bad reviews at all. However today was one of those days of beyond bad service. We ordered 2 sausage egg and cheese McGriddles, 2 sausage egg and cheese McMuffins, 2 hash browns, large coffee, large Carmel frappe, and a small sweet tea. Total 23.76. What we got at the window was 2 bacon egg and cheese mc griddles, 1 sausage egg and cheese mc muffin. We told them this isn’t our order. The lady at the window took it back. Instead of doing what she was supposed to and finding out order, she gave it back with 1 more sausage egg and cheese McMuffin and 1 less hash brown. But the bacon McGriddles still remain. Sorry for giving the benefit of a doubt you actually found our order and not the person behind us. We get out two coffees but not sweet tea. We ask about the sweet tea and the window lady gave my wife serious attitude of rolling eyes and sarcasm. You pay your employees 13 an hour? That individual definitely does not deserve that.
