I don't think I've ever had such an unpleasant experience with a manager and the food!!! My husband stopped at this mcdonald's before coming home. He ordered 1 large big Mac meal, 2x 6 pcs nuggets, a quarter pounder, and a number 7. Before my husband left the drive through he asked to make sure they didn't forget the nuggets because he didn't see them in the bag... the lady said they were at the bottom. So he left. He got home and I left for work. I get a call saying they forgot both the nuggets and there was NO MEAT on the big mac... I don't know how this is possible!!! So he called asking to talk to the manager. Immediately she gets on the phone with attitude. My husband at first was just trying to figure out how this would happen. She never once apologized, and then she hung up the phone. At this point my husband was very irritated and called back to get the corporate number. She would NOT give him the number. Which I've never heard of a manager denying a customer the right to call corporate! I already had the receipt in the car so I decided I would go in and request a refund. I got there and asked for a manager. I told the employee that my husband had called and already talked to the manager. She came over and I could already tell she had so much attitude. She said she really didn't know what was going on but she would give me a refund. She only gave me 6 dollars back, so I said that's incorrect because there was much more missing then just 6 dollars worth. She said she would not give me a refund for more then 6 dollars even tho 2X nuggets were missing and again NO MEAT on the big mac... she said my husband cussed at her but she forgot to say how she acted and hung up! I told her I want my refund or the corporate number to which she denied me as well...I said I would not leave until one of the things I requested happens. She left and went to the back. I stayed at the register trying to find a corporate number online. A few minutes passed and a nice young lady came and asked how she could help. I told her my issue and she resolved them as a REAL manager should do. She still gave me a number which she said was for corporate which im not sure if this is true because its a local number. Besides this...I was told the first manager was named Hannah. I am telling anyone who goes into this location be aware if there is something wrong with the order dont be surprised if it they treat you as tho your the problem. Im just baffled at the whole situation!!! My husband and I are both managers and I know what's right and wrong when dealing with a customer. I don't know how this little girl has a job or is a manager at that!!! I will be taking this to...
Read moreI am not sure whatâs going on theses days with the fast food industry. The waits in the drive through are much longer. The attitude of the employees for the most part seems to be âI hate my job so Iâm going be cold, uncaring and rudeâ. It seems that since the Covid shut down this stride has increased exponentially. The McDonaldâs that I patronized for years can no longer get my orders correct 60% of the time. Something as simple as 1 sugar and one cream in my coffee. Inevitably it comes back just black, or so much cream the coffee is white, no sugar at all etc. then when I point this out to the associates they huff and look irritated. If you hate your job find another one, donât take it out in the customer. Today I ordered coffee with sugar and had to ask for sugar and cream on the side to insure it was correct. I think I am done with fast food places in general, they all seem to be going down the tubes, with the exception of chic filet, drive through are precision and my orders are always correct. I am lucky to even get anyone to acknowledge I am in the drive through for at least 5 minutes these days. I literally sat at the drive through for 10 minutes today, none even came on the speaker and said Iâll be with you in a moment. I drove around the restaurant and went inside, waited several minutes before the associate came up, never made eye contact with me, took my order for a cup of coffee, then handed it to me and said nothing, still didnât make eye contact, turned his back and walked away. Z35 minutes to get a cup of coffee, fast food ha! I have loved McDonaldâs since I was a kid, now, not so much. Itâs not just them, seems to be...
Read moreWent through drive thru around 4:50 PM and ordered a number 3 large with no onions and a Large Coke. I pay at the first window in my grey Honda CR-V and pull to the second window. I get handed my large coke and was told to park by the employee at the window next to a white car in the second spot closest to Murray. I go ahead and park. About 3-4 minutes later a female employee walks out and walks to my window and asks if Iâm the one who was missing a fry. I said no I havenât got my meal yet. She says okay and proceeds to walk to the white car next to me on my passenger side and hands them their bags and they drive away. Another 10 minutes goes by and cars have come and gone in the drive thru so I decide to go inside. I explain to the cashier I did not get a receipt because I wasnât offered one and I was missing my meal but I had my drink. A few minutes go by and theyâre apparently checking if Iâm telling the truth or not which is crazy cause Iâm sure they got video footage showing me pull up, pay, and park, AND THEN go inside from that same car to ask. A supposed manager who canât make their own decisions proceeds to walk up and explains since I donât have a receipt they canât give me my food that i paid for. THEN proceeds to tell me I have to come back tomorrow to talk to the general manager to possibly get my money back. I explained I can show you my bank statement that has the payment on it but I was told it was not good enough. So I left without my food. This happened less than 30 minutes ago from...
