To Loraine (That's the name one staff member eventually provided when we asked multiple times who the GM is at this location): Incredibly rude staff with the exception of the male employee with a beard in the drive-thru. He should be in management, and your female "supervisor" working dayshift on 09-03-23, would be better suited to be working in a backroom somewhere, not interacting with the public if what we witnessed is her normal demeanor. This is why people working in the restaurant business should all wait tables first. When your income comes from tips, you clearly learn how and how not to treat the public. This employee truly needs to be educated about what customer service is and how their arrogance will always fail you and reveal your flaws. Please consider putting someone more qualified and more deserving of these positions into these roles. We were regular customers and due to her treatment of us, we will not return again. She has an attitude that obviously has not been properly addressed and in time we are confident she will see too how this certainly does not do herself any favors. It is off-putting and sadly, customer service is not what it should be these days. We will gladly spend our money elsewhere, with far more respectful and professional parties. Your employee refused to provide her manager's name when asked, which is also highly inappropriate. Everyone has a boss and if someone is refusing to provide that information, perhaps that should be your first clue that you know you're not treating the public right. Please consider promoting the male employee mentioned earlier, he clearly demonstrates quality, kindness, and class...unfortunately a stark contrast to what we received from your so called "supervisor". Very disappointing and definitely won't be returning as a result. Better training is desperately needed if you want to keep customers. Not impressed with this location...lose the attitude and be grateful to have a job. I would never tolerate this behavior...
Read moreI donât normally leave google reviews but as a person whoâs very anxious to be an inconvenience and try to be nice as possible dealing with food service workers due to experience in that area, I am feeling pretty disrespected. We were ignored at the window we were apparently supposed to pay, we sat there for a few minutes without being acknowledged whatsoever so assumed we were supposed to pay at the next window. Asked to add on an ice cream at the next window, if it wouldnât be a problem and the man at the window sighed and said âsure, I guess.â With a lot of attitude filled in his voice. We said âIâm sorry, if itâs a problem we donât need itâ and he said âyeah I can itâll just take a long time.â So we decided against it. Weâre told to pull up and weâre still confused about the payment, so we waited til someone came up. Someone who I assumed to be the manager came up to the car, very accusatory. She said âwere you going to pay?â as we handed her the card. We said âwe didnât know if that was the window to pay at, we sat there for a good minute and werenât acknowledgedâ and she said, again, with attitude âyeah, you pay at the first window.â Without listening to what we had just said. She brought out our food without a drink, so we asked her where the drink was and she said âdid you guys pay for a drink?â we said yes and handed her the receipt. She said âa medium coke?â and we told her that weâd corrected it to a large at the window. Because thatâs what we had originally ordered. She snatched the receipt out of our hand without another word. So rude and for absolutely no reason because we were very kind and trying to be understanding while being confused about the situation. Iâll be driving farther to a different mcdonaldâs from now on. First and horrible experience at...
Read moreSo called manager named Alice was very rude and sassy. I called that mcdonald's looking for a certain toy in the happy meal. A guy answered and told me he had one and i told him i was going to go buy it. I got to the restaurant and went to the counter and spoke to another worker. She was helpful but was working i believe the drive thru. We were waiting for a while another person came up. No name tag on. I told her i was being helped and told her what I wanted. She Then proceeded to tell me I couldnt just buy the toy. I told her sure i can I just bought 3 from voyager mcdonald's. She saig good but you cant buy them here. She said buy a meal. I said if i wanted a meal i would have bought one. Then she said go somewhere else. She said Im following company policy. I said thats not a company policy because Ive been buying these for years everywhere. I said for 3 toys i paid 11.00 Way more than the meal itself. Then i said i wanted to talk to a manager then she said Im the manager. I said give me a phone to call to speak to someone besides you. She came back with a receipt amd told me to call the number and tell them She was following company policy. I asked for her name and she refused to give me a name. She said it was irrelivant. I said any real manager would give me their name. She said ok my name is Alice. She's a young blond girl with heavy makeup. What irritanted me was the other girl had already rung the purchase up and she voided it. Also she made my granddaughters very unhappy because i am here visiting from Nevada for grandparents day at their school and they were excited they found the toy, only for that Alice hurt their feelings. I hope people think twice about...
