Buckle up, I did a full brace of knuckle cracks before starting this.

WARNING: CONSUMING PRODUCTS FROM THIS STORE WILL LEAD TO INCREASED HEALTH GOALS TO JUSTIFY EATING HERE MORE OFTEN.

Let's set the scene: I'm the happy father of 2 beautiful young daughters with a lovely and a wife passionate about healthy living. She very lovingly wants both of us to live the healthiest, fullest lives possible. We typically buy all-organic food and mostly eat delicious home-cooked meals. An important note is that I also have a dairy sensitivity, so eating too much dairy can lead to time-consuming results.

In the three days we were in Colorado Springs I consumed no less than six of these milkshakes. My wife, who professes minimal sugar intake and actually follows through with it had at least two. Do I regret my decision to dedicate so much money and so much intestinal effort to this cause? Not. A. Chance.

Of the six milkshakes I consumed, only one wouldn't be repeated. The best part? I didn't even dent the depth of their menu.

The ingredients are for the most part as real and genuine as you can get. Yes, there is tons of sugar in each shake. This is not a healthy food. BUT it could be a lot worse. The quality of the ingredients shines through in the product. If I didn't live in another state I would make a point of trying every shake on the menu and even the off-menu options.

Did I mention that the owners are fantastic people? Very friendly and eager to share their passion for delicious treats. They are passionate young business owners doing their best to treat their employees and their community as well as they possibly can. If you get a chance, I recommend taking the time to thank them personally and hear a bit about their story.

All in all, you would be remiss to not visit this store if you are in town or visiting. Give them a try once and you will see why they are somehow busy all day despite only offering milkshakes and handmade chocolate. No joke, they had 10 people in the store at 11:30am. What a...

The store was confusing and the flow was off. When you walk in and line up there is a girl who's only job is to get you chocolate bark or other chocolate items. But does nothing else. The encounter with her is awkward because for the flow of the store you should be ordering, not separately every area. While sitting there i noticed that there were a few people who also had the wrong impression of what she was doing. It was also noticed there is a massive amount of employees doing unnecessary steps all by themselves. This division of work not only prolongs the process, but takes away from a good customer experience. While there we noticed what were 3 people standing in the corner staring at everyone and it was weird. Then what appeared to maybe be the owner treating some people better than others as customers. Yes, I understand knowing people and being friendly. But if you weren't part of his in crowd he ignored your existence. And the interaction between those he knew felt awkward. Cost and quality of the milkshakes were not equivalent. Good, but not amazing. The cost is so high it makes you wonder if its high to pay all these erroneous positions....one person to grab a piece of chocolate, one person to put chocolate on a cup, one person to put a lid and whipped cream on. No one can say they've had a bad milkshake, so when comparing this one it really isn't any different or exceptional than another place. The experience makes or breaks it at this point, and it...

Stopped into the Milkshake Factory in Colorado Springs on a whim with my son and his friend, and I’m still thinking about how incredible the experience was. I consider myself a bit of a milkshake connoisseur — and this was hands-down the best shake I’ve ever had. Perfect texture (not too thick, not too creamy), phenomenal flavor, and the add-ins (like cookies) were next level.

They were also offering samples of their chocolate bark, which I wouldn’t normally go for — but I tried it, and wow. Amazing crunch, perfect balance of sweetness, and just overall delicious. Even the kids were raving about it.

What really impressed me, though, was the full experience: the shop was spotless, the staff was friendly and professional, and we even got to meet the owner — who was incredibly welcoming and clearly passionate about what she’s built.

I don’t know what kind of magic they’re working back there, but this place is doing everything right. If you’re even thinking about a milkshake, stop what you’re doing and go. You...

Tucked away like a sweet little secret, The MilkShake Factory is a delightful haven for sugar enthusiasts and dessert dreamers alike. From the moment you walk in, the air hums with the rich promise of indulgence—and it delivers. Their handcrafted chocolates are velvety smooth, each bite melting like a well-composed love letter to cocoa. But the true star of the show? The milkshakes, of course. Thick, luscious, and unapologetically flavorful, these shakes dance on the tongue and leave you wondering if seconds would be socially acceptable (they are). A charming touch: the milkshakes come in just one size. It’s a stroke of portion-planning genius—any larger might be a sugar coma in the making, any smaller and you'd leave heartbroken. It's dessert perfection à la Goldilocks: just right. Whether you're craving a midweek treat or plotting your next cheat day, The MilkShake Factory is well worth the visit—and your sweet tooth will thank you.

I have now been to Milkshake Factory twice & I'm already planning my next trip back. As soon as you enter, there's a "happy" vibe. There is space for a larger party, but also smaller tables for 2-4 people. I'm a huge fan of the concept, you get into one line, look over all the snacks and treats while deciding what to order. Once I was at the register and had been greeted, I asked if it was possible to get the strawberries and cream molten cup, add banana. She advised she'd need to ask the owner, returned shortly after advising they could definitely make that for me!! I ordered that, 2 chocolate shakes, one without whip and 2 cake pops. The entire process from start to finish is seamless, everyone's pleasant, smiling, chatting with customers & quickly getting orders out. I appreciate the consistency and wonderfully cool vibe here!!! I'll definitely be back soon!!!

Looking for a sweet treat on a hot sunny day, I recommend this place! They have so many options to choose from it was hard to pick! I ended up getting the chocolate raspberry truffle and it was divine! It was sweet and rich with flavor! I loved the chocolate chunks mixed in with real raspberry chunks too! I just wish I could have had more! I will say this place is pricey, just know this is not a cheap trip for a family. But I would say the price is worth the quality! Delicious and fresh ingredients.
