Noodles and Company — Restaurant in Colorado Springs

It has been my favorite restaurant for years. 😢 Yet Noodles & Company has gotten way overpriced for the amount of food that is served. They don't even clean up the table anymore fit the prices they charge the should. I went to Old Chicago about a week later. I have to say the food was far better, with much more food to eat it take home. It also included an alcoholic beverage & costed me almost 15.00 less including tip. Plus they deliver ther entire menu except alcoholic beverages of course. We usually go to other locations, but we were nearby this location today so we stopped in for takeout. My husbands spaghetti was fine, but my Zoodles were raw. The noodle cutter is set too thick and the zoodles were super wide and thick so they didn’t get cooked right. I’ve never had this problem before at other stores, and raw zucchini noodles are awful. I was disappointed to see that the bowl was only half full (compared to my husbands full bowl) until I took one bite and found out they weren’t cooked. Put a sign up that states you only take cash. I dont need someone looking at me like I am crazy and stating it is company policy and there is no sign that stipulates cash only. After waiting for someone to finally come to a register to take your order, ring it up, ask if your member, wont scan your phone, states will take a number and then when you try to hand him cash, he tells you that they cant take cash because it is a company policy. While every store in University Village does take cash and have clear instructions on doors and at registers with a lot better...
