To the person running the drive through today. 01/19/24. You need to keep your attitude under control. When I go through a drive through I don't expect it to be super complicated. But dude, you changed it up today. You took my card and ran off, gave me my drink and food before giving it back. (Probably should have done that first.) After you give me my food you don't ask about soy sauce, chop sticks or anything. You close the window and take off again. All I wanted was some soy sauce. So I wait about a minute at the window and he comes back confused as heck. Asking what I needed. I told him I wanted sotly sauce. He was so confused it baffled me. "Soy sauce?" He asked. After repeating that I wanted soy sauce for the third time, he hands me a tiny takeout box with maybe six sauces in it and I'm just ready to get out of there. On top of that, the dude doesn't even check the sauce and a few of the packets had exploded before he even handed it to me. So now I have a tiny takeout box swimming in random soy sauce. I understand it's busy for lunch. It can be stressful. But don't take it out on the customer. I just happen to be in a good mood today. Just think of what would happen if a customer was already having a bad day. Probably wouldn't work out very well. Panda Express. Do Better. Read moreVery disappointed in our first experience at this newer location. Because I was in a rush, I chose carryout meals for three members of my family. While the teriyaki chicken and chow mein were old but passable, the almond chicken and fried rice were extremely old and should have been thrown out well before we arrived. The rice was visibly dried out and crunchy with some discoloration of the peas and carrots, and the almond chicken was hard and gummy. Worst food I have ever been served at a Panda Express. I felt strongly enough about my experience that I tried to call the business to speak with a manager. Unfortunately, no one answered the phone any of the several times I called. Instead, a voice recording informed me that they were unable to take my call and hung up each time. I understand that times are tough in the industry right now, but NONE of the other Panda Express restaurants (nor any other restaurant I have been to) in town have served up anything like this. This was an obvious attempt to pass off very stale food....
