I’m sorry but I waited in line for 40 minutes with at LEAST several employees on shift, and they still had the nerve to ask me if I would like to tip at the window. If you read my reviews, I seldom EVER leave bad ones. I don’t know if they were all new or something but that wait time for where I was when I got in line was outrageous. It seemed like they prioritized those who ordered through the walk up and that just doesn’t sit right with me. Numerous times I seriously considered driving out of the line, over the curb, and into the neighboring parking lot (but didn’t want to kill the plants that were planted there). I choose Dutch Bros over other competitors (even when it’s out of my way) because the employees are friendly, speedy, and build rapport with ease. The employee at the window also informed me that my drink may be contaminated with another drink’s ingredients, and while I appreciate the heads up - as someone with a severe peanut and tree nut allergy this worries me if your employees aren’t taking proper food handling precautions. Maybe it was just an off day, but I can assure you I will not be returning to this location...
Read moreI love Dutch Bro’s drinks. Unfortunately, this location has so many problems with the drive thru. I was there this morning and went into the drive thru. The instructions are to go into the shorter line. There was only one line because the one car was about to drive into where it merged. I went behind this person while their order was being taken outside on the tablet. The lady looked at me and acknowledged me. About 30 sec later, another car pulled up but went on the other side. Once she was done taking the order from the car in front of me, she went to the other person and took their order. I just left and went to Starbucks. If it’s not a problem with being skipped, I get to where the line merges and someone pushes their way in. I’ve been to other locations where the staff tells the vehicles which vehicle to follow once the line merges. This location does not and I’ve witnessed shouting matches from frustrated clients...
Read moreI’m seriously obsessed with these people. The employees who work here are genuinely kind, wonderful, genuine human beings. We had to let our dog go last Monday somewhat suddenly from a large inoperable brain tumor at 11 years old. His sister (and littermate) is still going strong but we’re all struggling. I took Lola to this location multiple times last week to cheer her up while my eyes were swollen and tear stained. Everyone I spoke with was outrageously gracious and empathetic. They wanted to do whatever they could to make our day, and it worked. Kindness goes a very long way. I’m a loyal Dutch customer now because of their love. They even wrote super sweet messages on my cup every morning (which made me sob in a good way). I don’t care how long the line is. I’m waiting. And I’m tipping very generously because they deserve it. Keep making a difference in...
