So many of the employees here are so rude.

If a customer goes through the drive thru, it’s probably because, ya know, they don’t want to go inside. But tonight I went through the drive thru and ordered a sandwich with extra lettuce. They took my payment at the window and then asked me to park and someone will bring out my food. The employee that brought my food handed it to me said “enjoy!” and immediately walked away. I opened it up and I had one piece of lettuce on my sandwich. I look around and the employee is already back inside. I check my receipt and it says extra lettuce. So I park and go inside.

I tell the young kid at the counter that I went through the drive thru and was missing the extra lettuce on my order. He stared at me like I had two heads. Didn’t apologize or say anything. So I said “if you could just give me some lettuce I’ll be good to go?” So he asks through the kitchen window for lettuce (he didn’t explain to them that my order was wrong or I went through the drive thru or anything). He turns back around and hands me a styrofoam box. I start walking away and look inside and find an incredibly small piece of lettuce (picture attached). I go back to him and show him inside the box and say, “Really?” Again he stares at me. So I said I would like more lettuce than that. He said “how many pieces do you want?” I was like “this isn’t even a full piece, so idk 2 or 3 of these?” And he says “that is the size of the lettuce we put on the sandwich.” That is untrue as this thing wouldn’t even cover half the bun. I glare at him at this point and say “can you please just get me some more lettuce??” He does and this time it’s enough for a salad. Cool whatever.

Such an unpleasant experience. Y’all need to take a class from Chick Fil a’s...

The service and food here is pretty good but very overrated because of the plain chicken and anti-consumer meal designs.

Starting with the meals- you can't customize what you want, no ordering just chicken, no ordering a small side of something like in every other fast food joint, and they use coleslaw + bread as fillers to compliment the boring tasting chicken. Those meals are pretty expensive too, so bringing the family is going to cost you a LOT!

And what about their special sauce? It's good and goes with everything on the menu, BUT they have the nerve to charge you for extra cups of it! We're talking about those small plastic 2oz containers that hardly last even if you ration them. The food is way too expensive to be charging for extra sauce, plain and simple..

But, I do need to point out that their service has been exceptional every time I've visited. I strongly recommend you stop being lazy and dine in for once because they serve your food fast and hot, never making any mistakes as far as I've observed. Also, the staff are generally friendly. Sometimes you have an awkward kid serving you, but they're never malicious (as far as I've observed).

Oh! Sometimes they send out somebody to check on us guests where they'll ask if we need anything while we eat. I don't like that, leave me alone when im eating, haha.

Overall, my biggest problem is with the stingy nature of the meal designs and charging for extra sauce. Otherwise, this is a well-run and clean place to eat. (Alone. because who can afford to feed more than three...

About a month ago (3/27), myself, my daughter and her four children came into this location around 7:00 pm. My grandchildren love it so we drove up from Fountain to have dinner. It took a few minutes for someone to turn around and acknowledge we were standing there to take our order, but that was fine. There was a gentleman standing off to the side looking like he needed to ask a question as well, but they went ahead and took our order. We go over to the drink machine to fix everyone's soda's and we noticed that the soda coming out of Coke and other dark drinks was almost clear. When we tasted it, it obviously has something wrong with it (I'm guessing the syrup had ran out or was malfunctioning). I go back over to let the counter guy know, and the attitude we received from him was so disrespectful. I told him that we tried to get drinks and that there was something wrong with the what was coming out. He walks over to the machine and hits every lever for each flavor, one at a time, and says "there's nothing wrong" and walks back over to the counter. In the meantime, the other gentleman who was waiting to get a tea since there was no tea in the container. The disrespect was on another level. I had kept the receipt with his name on it, but now I cannot find it. I live in another state and was visiting my daughter and grandkids while her husband was away for military training. The last thing I expected was to be disrespected while out to dinner. We will never go back to...

Easy 1 star for this Cane's. Fries were ice cold (like below room temperature) the chicken was not fresh and also not even above warm. Let alone we came for the free chicken tenders promo thing and the lady said as long as we ordered a basket we would get one. So we ordered and then they said we couldn't get our free tender cause it had to be a drive through order which we were told another thing. Either way I really didn't care but terrible communication, terrible customer service, terrible cold food. Easy 1*. Go to Popeyes or a Churches. Easy picks over this place.

Very welcoming when you walk in, as someone who’s in the food industry it’s nice to see how Other companies work when you walk in and it nice to feel welcome. I watched the workers a little bit and they work so well as a team and that’s a really great quality to have in a restaurant! Im traveling and stopping here I was recommended and it’s all around 10/10 amazing good and service manager even went around asking to take trash out of the way, thank you! And the music they play is good so you can eat and enjoy everything! I would definitely come again!
