So many of the employees here are so rude.
If a customer goes through the drive thru, itâs probably because, ya know, they donât want to go inside. But tonight I went through the drive thru and ordered a sandwich with extra lettuce. They took my payment at the window and then asked me to park and someone will bring out my food. The employee that brought my food handed it to me said âenjoy!â and immediately walked away. I opened it up and I had one piece of lettuce on my sandwich. I look around and the employee is already back inside. I check my receipt and it says extra lettuce. So I park and go inside.
I tell the young kid at the counter that I went through the drive thru and was missing the extra lettuce on my order. He stared at me like I had two heads. Didnât apologize or say anything. So I said âif you could just give me some lettuce Iâll be good to go?â So he asks through the kitchen window for lettuce (he didnât explain to them that my order was wrong or I went through the drive thru or anything). He turns back around and hands me a styrofoam box. I start walking away and look inside and find an incredibly small piece of lettuce (picture attached). I go back to him and show him inside the box and say, âReally?â Again he stares at me. So I said I would like more lettuce than that. He said âhow many pieces do you want?â I was like âthis isnât even a full piece, so idk 2 or 3 of these?â And he says âthat is the size of the lettuce we put on the sandwich.â That is untrue as this thing wouldnât even cover half the bun. I glare at him at this point and say âcan you please just get me some more lettuce??â He does and this time itâs enough for a salad. Cool whatever.
Such an unpleasant experience. Yâall need to take a class from Chick Fil aâs...
Read moreThe service and food here is pretty good but very overrated because of the plain chicken and anti-consumer meal designs.
Starting with the meals- you can't customize what you want, no ordering just chicken, no ordering a small side of something like in every other fast food joint, and they use coleslaw + bread as fillers to compliment the boring tasting chicken. Those meals are pretty expensive too, so bringing the family is going to cost you a LOT!
And what about their special sauce? It's good and goes with everything on the menu, BUT they have the nerve to charge you for extra cups of it! We're talking about those small plastic 2oz containers that hardly last even if you ration them. The food is way too expensive to be charging for extra sauce, plain and simple..
But, I do need to point out that their service has been exceptional every time I've visited. I strongly recommend you stop being lazy and dine in for once because they serve your food fast and hot, never making any mistakes as far as I've observed. Also, the staff are generally friendly. Sometimes you have an awkward kid serving you, but they're never malicious (as far as I've observed).
Oh! Sometimes they send out somebody to check on us guests where they'll ask if we need anything while we eat. I don't like that, leave me alone when im eating, haha.
Overall, my biggest problem is with the stingy nature of the meal designs and charging for extra sauce. Otherwise, this is a well-run and clean place to eat. (Alone. because who can afford to feed more than three...
Read moreAbout a month ago (3/27), myself, my daughter and her four children came into this location around 7:00 pm. My grandchildren love it so we drove up from Fountain to have dinner. It took a few minutes for someone to turn around and acknowledge we were standing there to take our order, but that was fine. There was a gentleman standing off to the side looking like he needed to ask a question as well, but they went ahead and took our order. We go over to the drink machine to fix everyone's soda's and we noticed that the soda coming out of Coke and other dark drinks was almost clear. When we tasted it, it obviously has something wrong with it (I'm guessing the syrup had ran out or was malfunctioning). I go back over to let the counter guy know, and the attitude we received from him was so disrespectful. I told him that we tried to get drinks and that there was something wrong with the what was coming out. He walks over to the machine and hits every lever for each flavor, one at a time, and says "there's nothing wrong" and walks back over to the counter. In the meantime, the other gentleman who was waiting to get a tea since there was no tea in the container. The disrespect was on another level. I had kept the receipt with his name on it, but now I cannot find it. I live in another state and was visiting my daughter and grandkids while her husband was away for military training. The last thing I expected was to be disrespected while out to dinner. We will never go back to...
