My girlfriend ordered a cake from my birthday after hearing great things about Sasquatch Cookies. Though, upon arriving to pickup the cake we had ordered 4 days in advance, we called for our curbside delivery and were told that it would be 5-10 minutes until they brought it out because they hadn't decorated it yet. The reason they hadn't decorated it yet was because they weren't able to do what was asked in the special instructions on the online order, which is perfectly fine, but they should have called us ahead of time since our number was listed for them to inform us that it wasn't possible. But instead they waited until we were there to tell us that and then do the very basic decoration which wouldn't had been a problem had they just called ahead so it would've been ready when we got there. But is doesn't stop there, since they waited to last minute and rushed it, they ended up forgetting to do the extremely simple task of putting the requested sprinkles on the cake (which they even have a checkbox for you to select which sprinkles or chocolate chips you'd like, yet still forgot to put them on). So the cake is very bland and boring with just white icing and no color from the sprinkles, at this point, we are just hoping the cake we spent $30 on after tip since you have to tip online while initially ordering the cake, tastes as good as...

Amazing! I started following their FB page after seeing someone post a photo of their huge cookies on a foodies Colorado fb page. Well, yesterday, on Black Friday I saw they were doing a 30% off deal and I decided now was the time to jump on in and place my first order. I placed an order for an 18 pack. I picked 4 choco chip, 4 double choco chip, 4 monster, 4 birthday cake and 2 snicker doodle. I scheduled delivery for 7pm. Around 645, the driver sent me a message saying he was going to be late (which I appreciated the heads up, also roads were kind of bad and weather was getting pretty windy) which was fine with us. He finally arrived and the cookies were HUGE and WARM and SOFT and DELICIOUS! Wow! Wish I hadn’t of waited so long to place an order. My favorite was the choco chip and the monster cookie. My husband loved the snicker doodle and my daughter can’t stay away from the double choco ones. 100% will order again. Wish I could post a photo of the deliciousness...
