We brought our whole family to Image by Design Salon and Spa today, and we couldn’t be more impressed. From the moment we walked in, the staff made us feel completely welcome. They went above and beyond to accommodate all four of us — including our two young children — and made sure my husband and the kids felt totally comfortable the entire time.

Laurie is absolutely amazing — patient, kind, and incredibly talented. She took her time with each of us and made the whole experience feel personalized and relaxed. Everyone on the team was smiling, upbeat, and clearly happy to be there, which made the environment feel even more inviting.

I move here from Texas and have been told in many places back home that if you color your hair, you should not pay for a haircut. ( which I did not get) they asked if I wanted a cut and I said a trim as I'm letting my hair grow out. When I get to the register I had sticker shock when I found out that I was charged 44 for hair cut ( ie trim) and my scalp is Still purple after 3 washes. I also was charged 5 dollars for glitter on my nails that you can't really see there is glitter. It just needs to be posted or let people know before had so that they have the opportunity to say...

Convenient location however at their prices I expect to be offered coffee, at least a bottle of water if I’m paying $160 for a haircut color and highlights. My stylist was great but the prices were just too high for me. When I did need something to drink it was brought to me in a cup or a glass from the back and I don’t know who washes those.
