Used to eat/drink here regularly. Last time I came they were completely full. So I patiently waited in the front for a high top to open for my GF and I. A group got up to leave, so we figured they just needed to clean the table before they sat us(as we were the only ones waiting at the time). Then while waiting for the table to be cleared, an older woman walked in (who the server knew). The server walked straight over and told the woman to go grab that high top before someone else did (it had still yet to be cleaned). He says this to her right in front of us while we’re waiting, then turns to us and asks if he could help us. I responded that we were waiting for the table he just gave away, and he sheepishly told us to have a seat at the bar and he’d get us into the next table. Well, there were 2 of us, and only one seat at the bar, so we left.

Bummer to be treated like this, especially after being a regular. I liked the management and owners of Stir, but after being treated like we didn’t matter by this gentleman, we will not return out...

Trendy and expensive. You would think that for the amount that you are charged for a cocktail they would keep a clean bar/kitchen, this is not the case. Noticeable amounts of gunk and grim beginning to accumulate on and around shelving and equipment. I've worked service industry for years and know this work is tedious but necessary for any restaurant/bar. Because of this the atmosphere is starting to resemble a a dank hole in the wall where you don't trust the kitchen and drink beer from a dirty glass. Speaking of dirty glasses, I was served not one but two glasses with lip Mark's and finger prints. Moving on, the time I did eat here (about 6 months ago) the food was good and the glasses where clean. Which leads me to believe the current conditions are recent in development. For an alternative that's close by try goat patch brewing instead, they have good beer, clean and open interior, friendly staff and a different food...

I have been coming to Stir since the opening. Here are the top reasons why you should go: The coffee. It. Is. Amazing!! Sometimes I will just ask them to make me something, sometimes I’m more specific. Everytime, it’s DELICIOUS.

The food. No, I have not tried ever single item on the menu. I find what I like and I stick with it. I found multiple things I like depending on if I am there morning, afternoon, or night. It’s also so fun to watch the open kitchen concept because you can see the cooks work their magic. I love that!

The Atmosphere and the people. I feel like every time I was in there I am presented with such a warm and calming feeling. When I sit down the staff is always wonderful, and they’re always introducing everyone o each other to give it a family vibe.

The bathroom, so check it out.

The cocktails and beer selection!!... There is something...

This place is tiny but it packs a punch! It was pretty busy the afternoon I went. It's a dog friendly place. So if you don't mind dogs then you're in the right place. Could potentially be a turn off for some. I will say I saw some dog hair blowing around because it was a breezy day. One hair landed on my food. I think wind played a factor into that. It wasn't appetizing when it happened. But don't get me wrong the food was very delicious minus the hair. I got the Stirkey sandwich. 10/10 would recommend. My friend ordered the Green Chili Hummus. Also 10/10! I was really impressed with the food. The coffee not so much. I personally didn't like the flavor of it. But maybe would try something different next time. The only con was the dog hair but still a decent place to check out.

This is one of my new favorite places! I love this little cafe near downtown Colorado Springs, but it’s far enough outside of the heart of the city that there’s plenty of parking. The food is delicious and they have gluten-free bread for their sandwiches, the handcrafted espresso drinks have great flavor, and the atmosphere is definitely a vibe. STIR Coffee and Cocktails is one of the few coffee shops still open in the evenings for people to work and write in since COVID quarantine, and I really appreciate having a community space like this to gather with friends.

I attended a work event at Stir and had a great experience. The atmosphere was chill and the place offered both indoor/outdoor seating areas. The staff was very attentive, and helpful. The food was plentiful and tasty - the meatballs were addictive! As for drinks, they offer a full of cocktails, beer, wine. For the n/a crowd, the Bloody Mary was one of the best I've had in recent memory. Nicely garnished with a perfect balance of spice. Definitely worth as visit for a "bite and a beer".
