Starbucks — Restaurant in Colorado Springs

Ordered a tall dark roast that made my nose swell up with pressure. Knowing that Starbucks policy doesn't allow refunds I asked for another cup as well as the pour over dispenser be cleaned. She barely held the tube for the coffee grounds under the sink for a couple seconds, not knowing if the water was even hot and a quick wipe.

If it takes 30 seconds of hot water without soap to rid hands of germs, how the hell do you expect a coffee tube used repeatedly to be rid of the flu with a quick swipe of water?

Btw theres a trend of people spiking open food, coffee pots and drink dispensers with the flu in the area. How did my drink get spiked? These people also know how to spit with pinpoint accuracy with nothing but their tongues.(not gleeking, these guys can propel droplets of spit at alarming speeds with the smallest opening of their mouths) If you've ever felt droplets on your face or if you came down with the common cold foe no reason you could tell, let this be...

It took 15 minutes for three people behind the counter to make two frappuccinos. I also ordered a number of pastries, which came individually wrapped in plastic like they were out of a vending machine. Everyone who tried the pastries also commented that they tasted like they came out of a vending machine.

Conclusion: It is time Starbucks eyeball their newest transformation and change into a vending machine. They have expensive products, low quality, poor service. It doesn't hold a candle to the old Starbucks. Most all businesses get old and dry up....
