Starbucks — Restaurant in Colorado Springs

I am super disappointed as I write this...I just ordered the Carmel Ribbon Crunch Frappuccino (seasonal drink) with an add shot. The drink took almost 10 minutes to get and the service was just okay the girl seemed checked out. As I drove off I took a drink and it tasted like water. I pulled back through and asked if it was normal that it tastes like water...the girl said no I will make you another one. I get the new one and it’s a plop of caramel on the bottom, chunks of ice with every drink from being under blended and caramel drizzle on top and No Add shot...this is a 6.00 drink. Brittney and Brianna are the rudest Starbucks employees we have ever dealt with. They blended whipped cream and ice and tried to give it to my wife as a caramel frap. They did not add the Carmel on top. They also laughed and rolled their eyes when they were asked to remake it. The moment the order was placed my wife was met with dirty looks and was holding our baby. Rude dirty looks and serving with a shady attitude.
