I've eaten here a handful of times and I've always been generally happy with the service and food that I get. As everyone knows however, it only takes one experience to sully someone's opinion, and this is one of those reviews. I'd like to start by saying, as someone who has worked in the food industry, I understand how frustrating those last few customers are. But at every establishment I've ever worked at it didn't matter if someone came in even just 2 minutes before closing, if we were within posted business hours we always served our customers. Many times our customers were served with limited menu options because it was so late, but they always left with food. I can't tell you how many nights I had to clean my station twice because of those last second customers, so I truly understand how frustrating it is. Last night I was that guy. I pulled up at 12:50. Ten minutes before closing. The open sign was on, the front door was propped wide open, and I was desperately hungry, tired after a 100 mile drive home, and out of options to feed myself dinner. I walked in to see employees preparing at least four to-go boxes, and I thought to myself "thank God, they're still serving, I'm not too late." I walked up to the counter and was about to explain that I understood it was late, and I wouldn't be picky, I was prepared to accept anything they were willing to give me, and pay for it, and obviously tip generously because I was "that customer." But before I could say anything one employee says "we're not taking anymore orders, it's 12:50 after all," then he turned and continued preparing to-go boxes. Not apologetic, not friendly, not even a "dude I'm really sorry but we don't even have extra food that we were going to toss that I can offer you tonight." I turned to leave and said "oh alright, thanks anyways guys, have a good night" and I didn't even get a "have a goodnight" in response. As I walked to my car to leave the door shut behind me and the open sign was turned off, by this point it was about 12:52 probably, 8 minutes before posted closing time. Had I pulled something like this at the restaurants I worked at I would have been written up on the spot. So that's my story. Long and drawn out. And I'm sure I'll be viewed as the bad guy. But my review is negative not because they refused service to me, but because they weren't even polite about refusing me service. After doing my time in the food industry, I would have appreciated the same treatment that I gave customers at my former places...
Read moreThe most hilariously terrible service!! 😂 I realize that marijuana is legal in Colorado and that's great. However this business seems to go out of there way to hire the highest people possible! I ordered 3 sandwiches with sauce on the side and cheese sticks. First thing the girl says when I call is it my old address and I tell her no and proceed to give her my new address. An hour later I get a call from the driver saying that he is here, only to find out he's at the old address that I said I no longer live at. When I get the order there is only sauces for 2 of the 3 sandwiches and 1 is missing onion rings and cheese sticks in it. I call back and politely tell them what happened. The instantly hand me off the the "manager", who tells me that she personally made my order and that I was lying. I finally get her to agree to simply just bring me the 1 missing sauce and cheese sticks that were supposed to be in it. 2nd driver shows up... Has only the one small container of sauce, nothing else that was missed. Gave up after that. Food is good. Recommend getting some new staff, training, or processes. Would love to hear from an owner about the situation.

Read moreFor starters when we walked in, the entire restaurant was dirty and unkept. The floor was sticky and all the tables had gross smear marks everywhere with crumbs and trash left on the seats. The only reason we saw any employees was because of the convienently placed bell on the door to warn them that they had an actual job to do. Once we ordered our two regular sized sandwiches and our fountain drink, we found out that all of the soda drinks were out of order and you could only get water, which is a free option, we were then given a bottled soda which we could not get our paid for free-refills. Once we received our sandwiches and hungrily started stuffing our faces, I was not quick enough to stop my boyfriend from taking a bite in which a long strand of hair was hanging out of the sandwich. He immediately spit the bite out and I nervously looked down at one of my sandwich halves to find a hair in mine. I began to pull it out and soon realized the hair was so long that it was all tangled up in the contents of my sandwich. We then told an employee about the hair and he walked over to check and make sure we weren't lying, I thought the customer was always right lol. We asked for a refund because of how horrible this experience was and only received a refund for my sandwich, not for my boyfriend's sandwich or because we paid for a soda we did not get.
