Papa Johns Pizza — Restaurant in Colorado Springs

I'm a doordasher and went in to pick up my customer's order. Upon entering the store an old man began to boss me about, trying to tell me what he wanted me to do to complete the order. Very rude. I waited patiently for them to finish the order, When when the man with the uncovered beard in the food prep area (gross) gave me the food, he accused me of having an attitude and said that "I work for him." This man Is completely mistaken. If this is how he treats people that come to the store to assist his business, I can only imagine the poor service that the customers are getting...how sad. I did not come to be bossed around and insulted. Needless to say I left the order there and did not assist the ungrateful employees. Because of this man's needless and undeserved ego, the customer's food will end up cold. That's poor service from Papa John's. When you work at a pizza place you are not a king. You work at a pizza shop, stay humble, treat dashers like customers. I do not recommend this location. And I will not recommend my family or friends eat...

Me and my rroommates called the store after just moving to the area we received 2 coupons that were valid through August 2018 for 2 large up to five topping pizzas and we spoke with a Mr. Robert who claimed he was the manager in charge. He denied us food and made a really rude protest against helping us. I offered to come in and show him the coupons and he raised his voice and started yelling at me and my roommates for no reason we just asked why they were no longer accepting them. He ended up rudely hanging up forcing me to take matters into my own hands. I called another location that explained I needed to go in and speak to a different manager tomorrow. Thoroughly disappointed in the lack of concern and we have bought pizza from them regularly. I should have read the reviews before I placed my order. This location does not accept future order dates Online which I never heard of. I walked into the store and the guy was not friendly at all. I was trying to order food for the super bowl. He was trying to tell me this location does not accept the coupons from the online website. So he charged me pretty much full price for my food. After going online and placing an order to see if this location would accept the desls/coupons online, it does. So I went right back into the store and I believe the manager was there, she got an attitude with me because I canceled the order.
