Taco Star — Restaurant in Colorado Springs

This place has absolutely the worst service and most incompetent people on the face of the planet working there. The cashier that took my order was super slow and could barely understand me. When I got my food and got home, I found out that my burrito had been made wrong. I ordered my Carne Asada Burrito with only meat and cheese because im allergic to the onions in the Pico de Gallo. I found that they made the burrito with the Pico still. When I called them to complain the guy who answered the phone identified himself as David and then went on to question whether or not I was actually allergic to onions. I asked for his manager and he said that there was no manager. If there was a lower rating than 1 to give I would give it many times over! Save yourself the heartache and just go somewhere else because this place isn't worth even half of what you pay...

It was absolutely terrible. I ordered a few tacos and an enchilada plate and the girl didn't even tell me the price until she took my card and she said it was $26. I get my very expensive food and start eating my enchiladas and I get a huge bone, I pulled it out and took another bite and it was a big peice of fat so I opened it all up and it was nothing but bone, skin, fat and veins. It was as if someone used the bucket of crap they were meant to throw away. So I took a bite of my son's taco that he didn't wanna eat after he took a few bits ant it tasted old. I called another taco star because this one doesnt have a number and asked to speak with a manager and they said no one was available but that they would have someone call me. The food is decent. They package their food weird when you go through the drive thru, most of the time they pile everything into one big container so it’s hard to eat with multiple people. You’ll have 4-6 tacos in one container and we often have to just pass it around and take turns or wait until we get home. They’re VERY stingy with any “extras.” It’s a fight to get their diner napkins that are pretty useless, silverware or hot sauce (they now charge you for hot sauce after their rationed 1 per 2 item rule.) We each order 1 taco so we have to share 3 napkins, 1 container and a hot sauce per two people. Complaining is pointless because they call you names in Spanish and cop an attitude.
