Ordered here a few weeks ago. I did use door dash for pickup. They were busy but didn't seem like it was extremely busy. There were lulls in customers here and there. They were serving patrons coming in behind me although I had been there. Ok, fine, it was still about 5 minutes before my estimated time for pick up. All good. Then it became LOTs of patrons that came in behind me. I ended up being there almost an hour.... watched the manager berate the cashier publicly. I don't know what their routine is for online order but given it is a quick serve place, you would think I didn't have to wait an hour.... BUT TODAY! I WAS THROUGHLY IMPRESSED with one young lady named Abigail. It was only 3 young people there, about 6pm July 4th. Saw there were tons of orders from online. They were busy. They did so well but Abigail in particular was moving and multitasking like a champ. Reading online orders, ringing people up, making orders, getting estimated times from the cook, and she made sure to greet people as they came in. Whether or not a customer can be tended to immediately, a quick "I'll be with you asap" means a lot! It's acknowledging a patron and it's almost like a lost art with younger people! Last time, I stood awkwardly waiting to be greeted but at least they were moving around. Today, the other young lady there was standing in front of me looking at order prints, labeling containers, whatever,.. we made eye contact several times and she did not speak for quite a few minutes. I didn't know if she was ignoring me because they were closing early or what so I looked back at the sign and it said 7pm.... cook was still cooking,.... it's only 6pm, maybe I should leave?.. well she finally greeted me. But I would have been happy to wait until they were ready if she only looked up to say "be with ya asap" but it might be a culture or language barrier I don't know. It was a joy to see Abigail work, you could see the smile through her mask and exhaustion. She kept things running and she totally killed it! A little kindness goes a...

Most everything was fine with my visit to this restaurant this afternoon. The location was convenient, parking was tight but adequate, the dining room seemed clean and tidy, I didn't need to wait in line, the employee asked me if I wanted to try a sample of something, it was difficult to understand the employee's English, I needed to wait a bit for chowmein and for teriyaki chicken, my food tasted good, and the price was kind of expensive.

My visit was good, overall. I certainly didn't like having to wait 30 minutes in line to order. I arrived at 5:15 pm and didn't expect this at all. The first employee I ordered from was fair, not too friendly, and didn't listen very closely, the food was served hot and delicious except the white rice was dry and not too good (I'll never order white rice there again), the employee who rang me up was pleasant and friendly and smiled - she actually seemed to care that I came in to their restaurant, one of the main doors was blocked off so we couldn't use it (annoying!), the dining room seemed adequately clean, the location is convenient, but parking is way too crowded and tight...a pain...

I just came from this store and feel like it just keeps going down hill. First of all when there is dried up throwup on the sidewalk where you enter the store that is a little gross. One person is working. I understand that this is there slow time but they had enough customers to have have two people working in the front. Anywho an older guys comes up and asks for some more sauce and a small container the girl snapped at him and said what sauce would that be and he kept telling her the sauce she put on his food. I could even see from his table that he had teriyaki chicken. Was just rude! I get to the check out and she rung it up and I said I have military and would like the discount she did not pay attention at all. I had my card out and was showing it to her. So looked at my receipt before leaving and said I don't think you got the military discount on there. She said I can rering the transaction (you could tell she did not want to do that) I guess i made the mistake of asking what would be easiest and she said getting an appetitizer would be easier and I was like yeah I just got 6 crab Rangoons. Just left and said...

I ordered the same amount of food I always get, 2 family feasts totaling 75 bucks. Today my food was given to me not in the red take out containers like it normally is… but in small black bowls with clear lids. There was less than HALF the amount of food I normally get! There are 6 people in my family and the red boxes feed all of us and then some. These black bowls with clear lids fed three of us and the tree that ate were still hungry. I am beyond mad that I paid the same amount of money for 1/3 the food. I will NOT be going back to this location again. RIP OFF. I can’t believe they think these little bowls hold the same amount as the red take out dishes. Make sure and check your take out order and if it’s in these dishes take it back. I would’ve gone back if it wasn’t a 30 min drive.

I had rated this Panda express quit well in the past. However, in the past two trips here, it has been horrible. The in person customer no longer matters. The people preparing the order are only worried about little slips of paper for carry out orders. Twice now, I have stood as the next and second to next person in line for more than 10 min, and we were ignored. There was a pile of people picking up carry out orders, and the works seemed completely lost. I would not recommend this Panda Express location. If they ever figure out how to work with their app and customers in person, I will not know. They are rude and don't give a rip. I wish them the best with their new model of app only orders.

After ordering our food today I noticed the Dr. Pepper was out of order. I chose Cherry Coke instead and only carbonated water came out. I told the staff and they said they didn’t have any cherry coke. So I chose tea. Only the mango flavored tea was made, not the black tea, (pic of unfinished black tea bag waiting to be brewed). I don’t like mango. I should be able to order a drink that I want when paying over $35 for myself and 2 kids to eat. Then my son said his lemonade is like water (pic of ‘lemonade’). So no lemonade flavoring in the machine. The food tasted fine which is why I gave 1 star. This is very poor management of this location. Will not be returning.
