Something in the air?
Normally this starbucks is on point but today was not the case. I have been going to this location for 4 years now and today was far from the norm. New management? The ordering went smooth and the line was short but when i got to the window it all started to go down hill. The guy at the window seems to be in his own world. Usually super friends ladies at the window that act like they genuinely care (maybe they do). He acted like i was being a burden in his life. I had my dog with me and she all ways get offered a Puppy Latte but today again was not the case. I got to my house took a bite of my sandwich and the egg was ice cold. Yuck. I gave the guy with a " lack of care" attitude a $5.00 tip hopeing it might spart some mood change. He looked like he could have cared less and was more wondering why I hadn't driven away yet. I called the store directly 5 minutes ago and a lady picked up the phone. I asked her if there was a manager at that location and she told me that there was a shift manager. I then asked if I could speak to them and she advised me that she was too busy and did not have time to come to the phone. If worked customer service and retail for 10 years. If someone wants to speak to the manager you better have a better excuse that you're too busy. If that's the case you need to hire more staff. Maybe i feel this way because the ladies i normally deal with have killer service. Either way I'm shopping at Starbucks not McDonald's.
That guy should not be working directly with the customer and starbucks employees need to be better trained on phone etiquacy.

As we pulled to the speaker, a flapping, weathered piece of paper fell off of their menu and my husband tried to catch it but it flew away anyway. As we pulled up to the window, the lady handling the window greeted my husband with, “did you drop some trash out there I need to go pick up?” Totally caught my husband off guard. No, Starbucks. That was your poor advertising. Then she gave us a grande frap instead of a venti like he had ordered. She must’ve been so distracted by her false judgments that she forgot to do her job and listen. We won’t be back to this location.

Read moreI went to this location and used a gift card. The young girl at the drive through if I wanted the card back as it had no balance left, so I said no. When I met up with a friend right after that we were talking and and she mentioned that the same thing happened at the same location a month earlier and they kept her gift card balance. So I went to look at my receipt and there was also a balance left on mine as well! I believe she ran the gift card again and put it in her pocket. Not cool! My friend didn't say anything but I will. That is not okay. And I called three days in a row to talk to the manager who "just left" each time. So I emailed corporate and still have not heard a word...
