I cannot, in good conscience, recommend this establishment for anything related to PC builds, or for that matter, anything where customer service is a matter of much concern. I waited 5 weeks on a custom gaming PC build, all the while getting vague responses as to the progress of the build, false promises for the completion of the buil, and next to no consistent communication. I was incredibly patient and understanding, moreso than perhaps I should have been.
When trying to order a custom PC from this store, not only were they vague in timelines but wouldn’t give straight answers and consistently backtracked on previously given vague answers. There was a blatant refusal to properly communicate, offer photographic proof of the PC in progress, or give any details to the problems vaguely mentioned. On top of this, Kalen, who was handling the build itself, was incredibly rude when handling a situation that had been extended by several weeks past a normal time frame. He stated that he wouldn’t say what was wrong because I “wouldn’t understand it” despite not knowing anything about me beyond the very few interactions concerning this PC.
Additionally, the budget I gave upon my initial consult was impinged upon. At one point when asking for an update on the total cost of the build, I recieved a quote that was $150 over my upper limit, and the change was not verified with me beforehand. He was incredibly unprofessional and rude in our text correspondence concerning this PC and its build and stated “I am trying to give you a one in a million build that definitely costs way more than [upper limit to my budget]”.
The lack of timeliness is incredibly frustrating as well. I first made my request on 06/16/25. On 07/07/25 I was informed they needed more time with zero details as to why. It is now 07/21/25 and I have received no concrete timeline on the completion of the build and had to badger Kalen for the details on what needed attention. Upon badgering, he acquiesced the details but stated “I was trying to spare you the bullcrap in attempt to do the opposite of what I did, I was trying to be polite”. On top of this, in our text conversations, he frequently would use guilt tripping tactics when both asking about updates or a concrete timeline and after I chose to conclude our business due to the poor treatment and business I have received from this store.
This business has been incredibly unprofessional in how it’s treated me and I am greatly disappointed in how they have handled this. The lack of communication, concrete timelines and details, and professionalism have caused much distress and frustration. My time has been wasted and my patience has been tested to its limit.

Went here in 2023 and had an incredible and very easy experience with 2 laptop cleanings, and a BSOD diagnosis. Made both laptops run 10x faster after being professionally cleaned and repasted. Significant drop in temperature as well.
Reached out to John last month about getting a new gaming PC built, and I cannot describe how easy he and Kalen made the whlle process, every step of the way. I am absolutely stunned by how amazing they both (and the rest of the employees) are in virtually every aspect.
To top it off, their pricing is the best you'll find anywhere.
The only way I'll ever go to another computer/tech store is if I move too far away, or if they decide to close their business. They will do everything in their power to help you, and if they can't help you, they'll recommend someone who can. It's something new and different to have somewhere that is going to be transparent with you.

Brought in a Dell XPS 15 laptop which was just 2 years old which the screen was flickering. We even tried an external monitor and had the same screen behavior. We had always kept up with all the factory updates as well as all windows updates. (At least the ones they provided us) We took it to Think Green Computers, where Brad diagnosed the entire computer. He was very honest and upfront as he was not sure what the problem might be such as a graphics card which is on the mother board or something else. He however took a day and continued to diagnose it by updating all the firmware and all the software for everything and the machine works perfectly now. NO CHARGE! I was blown away. I will tell everyone of our business clients about this company. They TOTALY GET IT when it comes to customer service and computer repair! Fantastic experience and I would highly recommend...
