Subway — Restaurant in Colorado Springs

I wish I could give this place negative stars. I was ordering a sub for my mother to take on a long flight. I asked for mayo on the side. They said they were out of togo cups. So I asked for packets. They said they have packets but that they were for catering only. I replied, but you are out of togo containers and my mom isn't going to eat the sub for several hours, she doesn't want it soggy. They flat out refused. To add insult to injury they then complained about how the store was sick of people asking for things to go and how they were considering charging extra if people didn't eat there. I don't know if that is subway policy but it is messed up. There are plenty of other places to eat. Also the "sandwich artist" was very rude from the get go, which I wrote off to staffing shortages. However, staffing shortages do not explain the sheer ridiculousness of the rest of the experience. I would only go there again if I was having a day that was going too well so I could have a negative experience to put a...

Absolutely WONDERFUL!!! Traci, the lady that made our sandwiches, was SOO NICE & GREAT!! It was late,, almost closing and she was amazing!! She was pleasant & happy to help us. I asked for a couple of special things, like "pls move the lettuce to the end" and "3 more onion pieces on the ends"... and she did it perfectly, with no hesitation. She smiled and looked at us, like we (the customers) really mattered. Please commend her outstanding service! The food was delicious & so fresh! My son even noticed how great the veggie area was stacked nicely, straightened up & was clean.. And the sitting area was clean, too. We will be going...

Stood in line for 20 minutes while they made two 6” sandwiches. Three people were working yet they were more worried about the drive-through than the 4 customers standing in line infront of them. No balance, everyone else BUT the customers in the store were priority. The one employee assigned to making our sandwiches was the slowest of all three employees … Again 20 minutes to make two 6” sandwiches!!!! One of the front doors was locked. It was 12 noon and the store had no energy, no effort, and no speed to serve the customers in front of them. Chips weren’t stocked, cookies half gone. I ended up walking out with nothing. The person in front of me had 4 subs to order and the employee making his sandwiches had taken 5 minutes just to put meat and cheese and ONE foot...
