I recently had the displeasure of dining at Taco Bell, and it was a regrettable experience from start to finish. The moment I walked in, I was assaulted by the overpowering stench of grease and cheap ingredients. The ambiance was reminiscent of a rundown gas station bathroom, complete with sticky floors and unidentifiable stains on the tables.
I ordered the supposed "food" off the menu, and what arrived can only be described as a gastronomic abomination. The tacos were filled with a mysterious gray meat-like substance that tasted more like cardboard soaked in dishwater than anything remotely edible. The soggy tortillas disintegrated upon the first bite, leaving me with a messy pile of disappointment on my tray.
The so-called "cheese" on my nachos was a congealed mess of synthetic goo that left a greasy film on the roof of my mouth. The beans were a mushy, flavorless paste that had the texture of baby food but none of the nutritional value. Even the soda tasted watered down and stale, as if it had been sitting in the dispenser for weeks.
To add insult to injury, the service was abysmal. The employees seemed more interested in chatting amongst themselves than attending to the handful of unfortunate souls who had wandered in seeking sustenance. It took an eternity to receive my order, and when I did, it was clear that no care or pride had gone into its preparation.
In conclusion, Taco Bell is a culinary disaster of epic proportions. Save yourself the agony and avoid this establishment at all costs. Your taste buds will thank you, and your stomach will be spared from the torment of processing such vile fare. Bon appétit,...
Read moreThis Taco Bell used to be on point. The past few months have been a complete nightmare. Last time I was here I went inside waited 30 minutes for my order just for them to call me up and tell me they were out of beef. Then I waited a little while before I went back and I chose to get in line even though I saw how long it was only to wait 15 minutes to get to the speaker box for there to be a note taped on it that there was no cash accepted, I had a gift card and asked if they could take gift cards and they told me I would have to go inside to use the gift card. So now I have been stuck in line with no order on its way for almost an entire 30 minutes. This is absolutely unacceptable. Fast food I’m not saying is the easiest job like a lot of people do but get it together, this is insane. People come to Taco Bell on their lunch break expecting to get in and out and this is not OK. Willing to drive 2 miles to the platte Taco Bell to avoid dealing with this again. I could make it there in back twice before I make it through the drive through. Seeing as how I’ve already been inconvenienced why wouldn’t you ring my purchase up on an inside computer and use my gift card versus making me wait in line for 30 minutes just to go inside and wait wait another 30 minutes. You can see how I’ve already been inconvenienced so why wouldn’t you ring my purchase up on the inside computer and use my gift card versus making me wait in line for 30 minutes just to go inside and what wait another 30 minutes. You could at least try to be...

Tell them we order online and they immediately knew who it was. Should have known then. Bag is tightly wrapped so we pulled over to check it. All of the food was there but no sauces. It was ice cold like it had been sitting in the refrigerator. My partner went inside and said something. And got responses of, "it's been busy we just made it like 10 minutes ago". Nah fam, you a lie. Why does the receipt say ready at x:xx?? No one wanted to fix it. Can't leave feedback on the website because it can't find Colorado Springs, CO. I thought they were improving this side of town? Give it t a facelift it leave the awful employees.
Everywhere it is advertised that they are open until Midnight. We arrived at 10:30 PM on a Saturday night. The lobby lights were off, no big deal we were going to the drive through. The menu board was lit up, so we thought they were still open. There was also a car sitting there reading the menu then they pulled away. After waiting for a few minutes with no response on the intercom, we pulled around and no one was in the store. Strange, there were a couple cars in the parking lot. Just to look and see, we tried to place an online order and it just will not let you. I am pretty sure this was disabled based on a...
