Five-Star Review for Happy Eats Pasta – A True Italian Gem!
If you’re looking for authentic, homemade Italian food served with warmth and hospitality, Happy Eats Pasta is an absolute must-visit! A true mom and pop shop. From the moment we walked in, we were greeted by the female owner, whose smile and genuine kindness made us feel like family. Meanwhile, her husband was hard at work in the kitchen, crafting sauces from scratch, sautéing fresh veggies, and creating dishes packed with love and flavor. From starting as a food truck to finding their home, you will enjoy this wonderful dining experience.
The menu is incredible, with nine unique sauce options (9!!!), each one bursting with its own rich, distinct personality. We started with the cheese curds, and WOW—the melty cheese stretched the full length of our arms, giving us a taste of the amazing marinara we’d enjoy later. The house salad was fresh and vibrant, loaded with tomatoes, onions, pepperoncini, and topped with homemade croutons and their signature creamy vinaigrette. The caprese salad was perfection—sweet balsamic glaze, fresh mozzarella, and shredded basil creating the perfect bite.
For our entrées, the kids devoured their fettuccine—one with rich, buttery alfredo and the other with bright, savory marinara. We also had penne with meatballs, which held the sauce perfectly, and the chipotle alfredo, which was creamy, spicy, and addictive—one version with artichokes and the other with mushrooms. Every bite had just the right amount of KICK to keep our tastebuds begging for more! The Hawaiian garlic rolls were so good they vanished instantly from every plate.
The Italian sausage, peppers, and onions on a grilled hoagie bun was yet another highlight—every bite packed with bold, mouthwatering flavors. The portions were so generous that we all left with to-go boxes, excited for leftovers.
We can’t wait to return for dessert, especially the gelato, chocolate brownie, and cheesecakes. If they’re anything like the rest of the meal, we know they’ll be unforgettable.
Happy Eats Pasta isn’t just a restaurant—it’s a heartwarming experience that brings the best of homemade Italian cooking straight to your plate. Five stars all the way! We’ll be back...

Happy Eats Pasta is a small business "mom & pop" restaurant who have only been open for a short time. I only heard about them after seeing a random Nextdoor post about food. I looked them up, saw the very high reviews and decided to bring my family here. We have been here 3 times and it is a family favorite. The owners now recognize us and greet us personally.
The Food: Fettucine Alfredo: I am super picky when it comes to Alfredo sauce. I make my own at home and refuse to buy the jars of it. It has been so hard for me to find a consistently delicious Alfredo pasta around this town. The Alfredo sauce here is delicious and I can taste the balance of the flavors. Also, the grilled chicken has good flavor and texture(another failure that I see constantly at other locations). My wife had it with Salmon and she said it was seasoned well, cooked well and delicious.
Cavatappi Chipotle Alfredo: I tried this on our first visit and unfortunately it was not my thing. It was actually pretty spicy. However, the oil from the chipotle made my stomach upset. I highly recommend the normal Alfredo sauce.
Spaghetti and Penne Bolognese: The Bolognese(meat sauce) is rich and flavorful. So many other places give you watery, bland sauce. This is not like that at all, it coats the pasta well, they give you plenty and there is lots of meat. My kids love it.
Pepperoni Garlic Toast and Garlic Parm Fries: The toast is so soft, I don't know how they do it. It is easy to eat too much. The fries are nice and crispy with a decent amount of parmesan and garlic. Get them with a side of Alfredo sauce to dip, you won't regret it.
Gelato: Their gelato is fantastic and it is made locally here in town. My favorite is the spumoni.
The Service: The service here is fantastic. The servers are very proper and respectful. You will always find the owners here as well.
The Atmosphere: The interior is so warm and welcoming. The decor is homely and gives a very clean rustic look. It is also very spacious. The owner does all of the decorating.
We love Happy Eats Pasta and our family will continue to come here. I highly...
Read moreWe have ordered takeout twice from this restaurant. The first time we both got chicken parm; it was a little bland but okay enough that we decided to try them again last night. My companion again ordered chicken parm, but I decided to try the Italian sausage hero because I really love Italian sausage. Bad idea.
The sandwich came in a sealed container, laid on top of the side of fries. The container had clearly been sealed with everything inside piping hot, rendering all the food a soggy mess. The paper wrapping on the sandwich was thoroughly wet from steam and stuck firmly to the bread, which was also soggy and falling apart. Essentially, the whole sandwich disintegrated with the first bite and had to be eaten like finger food, piecing it back together as l went. I made it through half that way, because I was that hungry; then I gave up. The included fries, of course, were also soggy and unappetizing. I tried a couple and threw the rest out. Yuk!
I should also add that, as an Italian sausage lover, I would have been dissatisfied with the sandwich even if it hadn’t been ruined by the careless packaging. The menu describes the Italian sausage as “mild.” That is inaccurate: it is virtually tasteless. Not only was there no bite; there wasn’t the Italian herbiness I love so much. Maybe the steam bath which the sandwich was made to suffer wiped out the herbs,...
