After years of shopping here and being a loyal customer, I’m thoroughly disappointed on my experience.

I have purchased several pairs of pants from this store, and shirts. Never had an issue. I purchased a new pair of pants here less than 24 hours ago. I did not take a receipt from the cashier, as it was optional to me. I’ve never had issues after shopping here for some time.

I get home, put these pants on, and immediately a seam on both the left and right leg of the pants popped. Mind you, I sew a lot. I could tell by the way it came apart that it was a seam issue. I wish I could share photos.

I returned to the store to ask for some sort of resolution on this - and to share that this may be an issue on all similar pants.

My long time love for mount wookies was totally RUINED! I was told first, that the tears are supposed to be there. Lol - they show my underwear… and are not supposed to be there. Then, I was to basically kick rocks due to not having a receipt. Do we not have transaction records? Mind you, not in a tone I would ever speak to customers in.

No one wants to spend $50 on pants that tear immediately. As a small business owner in town, I do not find this right, or professional. I understand what type of store this is, so let’s spread a little more peace. Really would appreciate resolution on this. This was a shame and not a nice way to...

We just went in to look around because we saw it walking to KFC. It's huge! They have so much more than just pipes , I wouldn't really call it a head shop, maybe a hippy type n9velty store, because they definitely have the vintage hippy vibe. They have jewelry, art, clothes, smoking accessories, torches and lighters, bags and pouches, chrystals, beautiful lights, and pipes and bongs. I could spend a lot here. The merchandise is pricey, but of good quality. There are many things that are one of a kind, or produced in small batches. In the 10 to 15 minutes I was there, I saw at least 15 items I would love to have. I fully intend to go back many times and buy some of the things I really would like to have but one or two at a time because a spree here could easily cost a whole lot of money. I see bell bottom pants , tie dyed shirts and dresses, mosaic lamps, chrystals, a purse, and oh so much more...
