Possibly the WORST Wendy's in Colorado (yes, the entire state). Their kitchen is fully staffed, but yet instill it takes maybe 10-15 mins to order. There is an additional wait for you to recieve your order, and fingers crossed that it's correct or made with any attention to detail. Then the cherry on top is your food will be cold. It makes absolutely zero sense. I had to contact the manager to have my order fixed and made for a later date. When I arrived, same thing...long wait just for MORE cold food. This is definitely my last visit.
Edit 1yr later: Today I came and requested to have my food made to order. When I arrived to the 2nd window I received a 1/2 box of cold fries, etc. I asked the window clerk if it were made to order and she stated no, stated that my order was not put in the system correctly. She proceeded to correct my order my pouring my cold food back into the grease and again packaging everything back up as if it were just made, to include the 1/2 box of fries. I requested to just get a refund. The girl took my card and she that she would process it. The assistant manager Chelsea then comes to the window stating that she is unable to do a return because her general manager Bianca is on vacation and took her access to process a return. So basically I have no choice but to waste my money here. Everyone was really sweet but the quality of their service is horrible. At this point I guess it's my fault for coming back. Read moreI spent 30 mins putting in a large mobile order. The app told me my bank refused the charge and to contact them. I did, they said no charge came through. I tried adding funds to a digital payment option through Wendy's app. That didn't work. So finally I just decided to go through 2 separate times as it was taking too long. I chose an offer from the list for 4 spicy chicken meals for $20 odd dollars. I get to the window she asks me for a coupon code. I told her I didn't have one? I told her we use the app all the time and they never asked us for that just the name. She then gets a manager, who also can't fix it, they get another manager who asks me for same code I told them I didn't know what they were talking about but showed them my order on the phone and the fact it was already paid for. They kept asking me to pay $16 more and were waving a receipt in my face telling me they didn't know how to fix it, I did something wrong and they'd have to pay out of their own pocket? I told them I didn't understand why there was a problem, I don't work there. They were horrible to me in front of my son, wasted my time and look at the pictures of the food they ended up giving me! Please explain to me how smashing my burgers from putting so much food in and paying extra for large fries equals half full cartons and you dropping ketchup in the containers with your dirty hands onto my food? I have had so many problems with this place from me ordering food and waiting and then it being wrong and when I say something the tell me that I didn't order it right then. I show my recipe that I did order it right they get mad at me and are like well that's not what we see you need to leave and I don't get the right food and don't get my money back. I have been in food service for over 15 years I understand shit happen but they need respect for people that are paying for their food. But today was the last straw I was driving for door dash this morning and went to pick up a order and first their doors again were not open so I went through the drive through and gave the name and showed my order the person at the window starting yelling at me that she gave it out 10 mins and I was just trying to steal food. I said no I am here to pick up the order I then confirmed with the person that they had not yet received their food so I need it remade for this order. The person said they were not going to do it and I was wrong. I asked for the manger and when they came over they told me that they don't care and that I had to leave or they would call the cops. I told them I was told that this order was replaced because the person didn't get their food and reordered again the order and that I needed to pick it up. They just kept telling me to leave or they would call the cops and so I finally left because they are not worth this but I'm over this Wendy's.
