Wing Boss — Restaurant in Colorado Springs

It was ok. The wings are pretty small and were tough, like they had been prepped a while ago. The fries were a little soggy too. We had a delivery order and didnt get the vegetable sticks and we only got one (1) roll from a 6 roll order. But, when I called about the order issue, the person on the phone was very helpful and got the missing items right out to us. The sauces were tasty, and the fries were better after warming them in the air fryer. We ordered wings from Wing Boss, which operates out of Dicky’s Barbecue Pit Shop, and were shocked to find that out of our order, only four pieces were actual wings—the rest were all drumsticks. We had requested the sauce to be applied to the wings, but it was delivered on the side instead. The fried chicken was hard and had an unpleasant texture, making it difficult to eat. Unfortunately, we striked out here. The wings are decent (although we ordered sauce on the side and they were instead dressed and drenched in sauce). But the problem was the 3 sides of veggies (celery sticks and carrots) we ordered which were an additional cost each. The picture explains it all… I would not recommend this spot. If you want a so so wing- not a bad joint for that. But definitely don’t order...
