Had to order food for my daughter’s 5th birthday at lollipop park. Our experience was terrible. I called a day in advance as suggested. Told them I needed the door to be served by 3:30. They asked that I check in when I arrive at 3:00. I went to check in and had to wait in a 15 minute long line. They assured me at that time the food would be ready by 3:30. At 4:00pm I went and asked what was the deal, the cashier said they were coming now. 15 minutes later at 4:15 they rolled out our platters with no plates, napkins, ketchup or drinks that we had ordered, this would be another 10 minute wait. All the while my guests had already purchased snack foods since they were hungry. The chicken nuggets were hard, burnt and dry! I asked for a manager and all the staff had no clue how to contact anyone. $105 on 3 platters of snacks, burnt nuggets and cold pizza bites, 45 minutes late! Beware of this concession stand, low quality, no customer service and no one to make...
Read moreUsed to be good. We ordered 2 sandwiches, mozz sticks, and Nachos-order took almost 30 minutes to arrive (couple at the next table cam in after us, got their nachos, ate, paid and left before our food arrived). When food DID arrive, the mozz sticks & chicken in the chicken sandwich was burned (completely black) the BLT was literally dripping water and was just mush. The nachos were ok though. The server come and collected our plates all with 4/5 of the food left. She asked if everything was ok and my husband told her that lunch was pretty bad and her reply was to laugh and said "well that's ok". I told her NO it isn't ok and explained why. She said "if you ever come back we'll do better." $50 for inedible food and staff that doesn't care at all. Why...
Read moreThis is bar food, but even by bar food standard, it's not that great. I had the Philly cheese steak which was a roll with very dry meat and plasticy cheese with some onion and bell peppers. I found myself dipping it in ketchup to get it down. The bar was full of hockey parents waiting on their kids game to be over and the bartender seemed quite overwhelmed. He served one customer the wrong drink and me as well; I ordered a pale ale and he gave me an IPA instead. I guess the draw would be to come here to watch the Avalanche practice (non game days when they are in town around 11 or 11:30). As for me, I won't be back. I suggest the Perfect Landing restaurant which is just south of the Avalanche grill and has much better food...
